I went into the casino because I had 30 minutes to waste. Not one time did the casino attendant come over to ask if I wanted anything. It was not busy and she did wait on a customer directly behind me. There was one person at the bar that she was content with visiting with. When I left I said “Thanks for the great customer service”. I know passive aggressive. She screeched “I am busy”. I usually love this casino. I will return as long as the drunk or high bartender isn’t working.

I’m sure you are just fine as a bar and casino to your regulars. You however have a lack attention to your American flag. Either take it down or get a new one. Since it’s been less than a year from putting up the current flag, spend a few extra dollars and get a well made flag. Thanks

I absolutely love the food side of the place. The casino side is okay, unless a certain attendant is there. Pays attention to the regulars. Always paying attention to their drinks. He is usually dismissive to me. It usually takes him 5 minutes to come ask if I need a drink, even if he did see me come in and sit down. He has an attitude of “ugh. I have to serve her?” Then never comes back to see if I need another drink.

Came in from out of town and stopped in 11/17/2024 to watch the football game before heading back home. Male bartender was beyond impatient and rude. He was very short and dismissive. We asked if they had the Steelers game on. He told us we could watch it the lounge. We sat in the lounge for sometime and the game was never turned in. When we again inquired about the game the bartender told us “ we expect a lot for showing up this late in the game”. He did eventually turn the game on. We ordered apps and a few beers. We were ignored, left waiting, dismissed, and all together had a negative experience. The facility was busy. We understood that. We had no problem having patience. Food was good. Staff not so much.

I love to play keno and play poker at this casino. However last Sunday, their ATM short change me $100 from maximum withdrawal, of $400,,,,,out of money i guess. I went right to the manager, Amber , and I was also in the middle of poker game..
who was around, and she said to contact their atm guy n owner.
Spent a lot of time on phone, and they still said their ATM was not wrong. And btw, I had to be the one calling them on Wednesday, went in Monday morning, and they said they will look into it….
At this point , My bank will try to dispute my $100 loss.
You dont value your great customers, I will not come back to your establishment. You made good money in this gambling industry, and you guys sure dont care about your your ATM error,
