Lisa (Lisanna Z) was extremely rude, and provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She talked over me and berated me on the phone call we had, and gave me attitude about having to explain the different flavors of their wings. She had told me the menu they had online was outdated, so I asked her to explain what flavors they had for the wings. She immediately treated me as if I was stupid and stated she” Had never had to explain the wing flavors to another customer”. I tried to explain that I was asking because the menu was outdated, she then proceeded to talk over me and threatened that they would not take my order if I didn’t just “listen to her”. Whoever owns this place, fire this lady ASAP.. she is making your business look horrible and deterring people, including myself and my fiance, from ever returning

We called to place an order and the woman on the phone, Lisa, was the worst person at customer service I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She was rude when we asked about the flavours of the wings, stating she’s “never had to explain what type of wings we have” and threatened they weren’t going to take our order. We won’t be back unless she’s gone.

Typical sports bar atmosphere. Dozens of TV screens, multiple pool tables, dart boards and poker tables. They hold tournaments on selected nights each week. Food is standard bar fare but plentiful, reasonably priced and delicious. Service can be challenging when its busy but all employees are courteous, helpful and doing their best. It can get loud when busy… TV’s, music, crowds but they recently moved all smoking to a smoking pavilion outside the front door which is a breath of fresh air for those of us who don’t. Highly recommend as a local sports bar, we swing by during happy hour at least a couple of times a month.

There is something to be said for those places when. As soon as you walk in your recognized and greeted.you look around and you see activity and laughter. Everyone who sees you says hi. The owner is in the blend participating in the dart game and having fun. A job well done to management Brian and the whole staff. And kudos to the owner for ensuring great service and a staff who has the freedom to shine there own personality while doing it. Highly recommend by me Marie ❤️

Stopped in for happy hour after dropping off a Uhaul next door. Nice place. Lots of TV with numerous programs, perfect volume of background music, pool action everywhere, dart board, full bar with good menu. Sat at the bar had a bucket of beer and order of onion rings. Out the door in less than an hour for $25 plus tip. Definitely go back, next time shoot some pool.

So far, so good. I haven’t had any problems food wise as of yet. Honey BBQ flavored wings are my personal favorite. Their fries are seasoned and very tasty. Wings are also jumbo and way worth it. Prices are probably the best around.

Great place. Free pool every day until 8 pm. Our server Dawn was fabulous. Kept a close watch on our pitchers all afternoon. Fun atmosphere and good variety of music playing. The wings were delicious. Definitely will be regulars!!!!

Being that I have to give a star to write a review
Experience was horrible as the establishment is definitely going to garbage but guess that speaks allot. I’ve known THIS place for OVER 9 yrs. Used to like to go HERE just to getaway and enjoy few drinks. My horrible experience is with the pay out as I paid with my card but left a cash tip, they took it upon themselves to add another tip onto it and I disputed it with my card and called the establishment, which they NEVER answered. I NEVER knew you could tip yourself whatever you want and get AWAY with it. I’m such a honest person that I would never return to this establishment as they took my trust and money. I still have receipt to prove I NEVER added another tip and they Got away with it. ***PAY CASH IS MY TIP TO REVIEWER’S****

Awesome bar and gathering place. Very large bar inside. Over 10 pool tables and plenty of screens to watch the game. The keg needed to be changed when i ordered a pitcher of beer and was given a bottle on the house while I waited. Great specials on food and the food was good. Dont come here looking for a 5 star dinner, come here to get a good basket of food and even better service. If you are looking for your local watering hole, look no further.
