This is our go-to Indian cuisine spot. The food is consistently good and the staff are humble and respectful people. I have even ordered for pick up and they give you great portions. It’s always fresh and the service is quick. If you haven’t already tried it, you should!

My brother ordered the goat biryani, which was flavorful and well-cooked, and my sister-in-law enjoyed the veg korma with naan—fresh, aromatic, and satisfying. Everything we tried tasted homemade and full of traditional Indian flavors. A great spot for anyone craving quality Indian food. Highly recommended!

Worst customer care! Super grumpy faces! When asked another menu apart from regular buffet, that face became angry! When asjed for spicy level, I asked if it is Indian spicy or American spicy that she is taking about ! She said just say spice level with angry face! Don’t recommend at all ! People once come in here will never go back I guess

I got the chicken vindaloo and garlic naan bread and they were both extremely tasty. Just the right amount of spice and perfect amount of seasoning. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good quality meal for a good price.

Indian food place. The decor is basic, the service is perfunctory. The star is the food, particularly the lunch specials. The lunch menu is set, they cross off what isn’t available. What is available is tasty and plentiful. The Nan (I don’t know if that is spelled properly) is always good (but has dipped in quality during Covid) and I love finishing the meal off with the basic but tasty rice pudding. I never liked rice pudding before finding this restaurant.

Nice menu list. Nice setting for a date and family friendly. Vegetarian options. I chose Onion Kulcha, Tomato and Coconut Soup, Vegetarian Assorted Platter. All excelente! Atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, comfy. Upon entering one is welcomed in and seated. Every time she came in to check on customers, she would check if anyone needed more beverages. She smiles a true kind smile. I’ll be returning and i do recommend Taste of India. Many different folks wanted in at different ages & ethnic backgrounds just tell you, i felt comfortable. I’m hispanic and enjoy cultural savory foods. Welcome to San Antonio! Thanks for feeding me great food & kindness. Not sure my photo looks cropped. Just know it was a delight.
