I have been here multiple times !! And I can’t stop coming . The sushi is incredible!!! The service experience passes all exceptions. My sushi chef Rob makes my experience amazing!!! My server Hannah makes this restaurant stand out . Chef Rob and chef Sukit make this place something different then other sushi stops!!. You would love to eat this style of sushi . Ive gone to so many sushi spots and I love coming back to this location everytime . I only get one day off being a chef and this is my spot . Ill keep coming back every Sunday!!

This place is set up as a bar and super dark. You can barely see your food without a flashlight. The sushi is literally gas station sushi. The shrimp isn’t fresh and the rice tastes mushy. It’s almost as if they over cooked it or added too much rice vinegar. Nothing tasted fresh at all. If you think the sushi/rolls is amazing here, then you really never had any good sushi.

Great vibes and value! Very fresh high, high quality food, especially liked the temaki and maguro tunas and salmon. Sashimi was quite good and enjoyed sides like seaweed salad and miso soup. WINNER!!

Absolutely amazing! I’m a big sushi lover, and this spot hit the mark especially for a late night craving. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. Chef Robbie (hope I spelled his name right) was incredible he went above and beyond, encouraged us to venture out, and kept checking in to make sure we were satisfied. The customer service was a perfect 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back! I only had the chance to take pics of one the others just went in!

Hana was the sweetest. amazing service every time we visit. from the appetizers to the rolls w sake and beer in between. we had the shrimp shumai, triple roll, hamachi jalapeño and some specials — the lemon drop roll and salmon belly sushi. I had such an amazing experience at this location thanks to Tommy, Jade, Jay, and Mhee. Every single one of them went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and about the people they’re helping. So I ordered from here, from my hotel room down the street after a long day last night. Ok. Best sushi I have ever eaten! Omg it was so delightful. And beautifully prepared and packaged. I honestly felt bad for eating it, because it was honestly like eating a work of art. Not only that it’s the only decent sushi place in my opinion that’s open late night. I am truly greatful my mother and I got to experience this. She’s still raving about the lobster tail!

Here’s the long and short of this review, you would never drive by and say “I wanna go there”, because it’s located in a one way driving plaza with very limited parking next to a Dominos Pizza and closed empty stores with terrible night time lighting but their sushi is some of the best in South Florida. I personally as a local, highly recommend this location over the other option they have downtown. It is truly a hidden gem since most tourists turn a blind eye due to the location. If you catch your own fish, they provide the services to clean it and make it into sushi for you. This location is very small which in my personal opinion, I enjoy since I do not like crowds. It is not the place to come if you have more than 4 in your party but I highly recommend their to go services. This is one of the only 5 places in Fort Lauderdale that I feel as if their to go food portions represent the same portions you get in person.

Mark and Janey took great care of us. Prepared some special rolls for us and talked us through the whole process while sitting at the sushi bar. Great safety measures with plexiglass between us and both wore masks. Place didn’t look like much on the outside in a strip mall but ended up being a great hole in the wall type place with personable service. Great $ value for quality of food and service.
