The young man that took my order was phenomenal! However who ever made my sandwiches did not add any lettuce or tomato just chicken salad and bread. The location was not busy but needless to say my sandwiches are trash. I spend too much money for this foolishness

I have never been to this chain. It’s probably because I hate chicken salad. Almost everything on the menu is chicken salad. If you love chicken salad, this is most likely your favorite restaurant. The only two things I could find on the menu that I would eat were the Turkey Club sandwich and the Loaded Potato soup. They do have really good Strawberry Lemonade. The food takes a few minutes to be prepared because they seem to make ensuring fresh. The food looked great when it came out. It is a great Turkey Club sandwich, and the Loaded Potato Soup was just the way I like it. I had the Turkey Club put on a croissant instead of typical sandwich bread. Overall, I probably will not frequent this chain, but at least I know they have something I will eat. If you are in the neighborhood, give this location a try!

Miracle was so kind when taking my order and making sure I knew exactly what I wanted! I hadn’t been to CSC in about 2 years and completely forgot my “go-to” meal. She also surprised me with an extra cookie in my bag, as I shared with her my like for them! Just a small gesture that was super kind!

So i went and bought 6 large containers of chicken salad they said they could only gove 4 packs of crackers per container. I spent 70 dollars and had to go buy crackers so all of our employees had crackers for their chicken salad. How ridiculous, you charge outrageous prices already then cant supply crackers to eat with the food.

Let me start by saying this: if you’re collecting numbers from dine-in tables, put them at the back of the line so you don’t repeat an order with the same number—at least that’s the excuse I was given. I returned my food with the receipt because it had cheese I didn’t ask for, and the lettuce and tomato were missing. Instead of fixing it, I was argued with and told I hadn’t requested lettuce and tomato, even though it was clearly printed on the receipt.
They brought the same food back with a separate basket of lettuce and tomato for me to assemble the sandwich myself. I then had to go back to the front and ask for my receipt back, which they had already thrown away and had to reprint. After adding the toppings myself and taking a bite, I could tell immediately something wasn’t right. I went back up again, showed a different employee, and they instantly recognized it wasn’t even the right sandwich. Only then did they remake the entire order correctly.
Why wasn’t my receipt checked the first time? Why argue with me about what I supposedly didn’t order? And why blame it on a number mix-up when numbers aren’t reused until food is already delivered? I felt misled, and the order was completely wrong from the start.
This wasn’t my first visit, and while they did give me a voucher for a free sandwich, the 20 minutes of back-and-forth over something simple was ridiculous. I always order the same thing—I know what I asked for. Arguing with customers about their own order is not good service.”

We stopped to get some energy out on a long trip and it did not disappoint. Three kids loved their food and those of us with food allergies had no ill effects. The only thing we missed was a nice cold coke (the machine was flat that day, but it wasn’t a deal breaker!).

Okay so, let me preface by saying I love chicken salad chick. I’ve been to multiple locations and have tasted almost every flavor! Well today I got the kickin Kay Lynne on a croissant and it was the nastiest texture and so so dry. It’s like they forgot to add Mayo or something, has the texture of tuna out of a can. I’ve never had chicken salad so bad from chicken salad chick, and was extremely disappointed. I ended up throwing it away because I couldn’t stomach it.
