This restaurant was AWESOME!!
I drove up here with my boyfriend from CT at the start of a blizzard because he wanted some damn ramen!!! I was worried about the prices online, because it is slightly pricier, but my food only totaled about $22: stir-fry udon and tiramisu!! My boyfriend skyrocketed the check to $70 because he wanted to eat the whole restaurant, I guess. I was so happy to hear that they offered STIR-FRY udon noodles instead of the soup form. I also tried red bean ice cream for the first time, I guess a lot of Asian restaurants don’t serve that? My boyfriend also ordered Asian pear sake, I don’t like alcohol, but I thought it tasted nice!
It’s so cool that you get to see the chefs making your food, and I love the design of the place. Our server was very friendly, altho, she made me a little anxious because I didn’t get much time to order and my boyfriend was getting UPSET WITH ME because I was inconveniencing her by taking so long!! But wow the food was good I can’t stop thinking about those noodles, they’re just what I wanted. And yes, it did come with very long onions.
The worse part about the trip was the busy street you have to turn into to get into the parking lot. But luckily the snow plow that was going to hit me, stopped and let me go instead of running me over!!! Definitely worth the trip, wish it was closer to home~~!!

Good place to grab something to eat. The ramen could have been a little more spicier but overall it was great! I did wish my tea had a little bit more boba in it though.

Really great food and staff! The food was really tasty and even though they were very busy (valentine’s day) they were courteous and speedy. The price is not too bad either very affordable for 2 people or more. Got to try bone marrow for the first time and it was very cool.

Natasha was our waitress and it was her very first day and you would never have known it. She gave excellent recommendations and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Every dish we tried was outstanding. The beef brisket was a must-try, and the Vietnamese beef soup (similar to pho) was rich and comforting. My partner had the pork belly miso which was great also. The beef brisket and pork gyoza were so good we ended up ordering two rounds of both appetizers.
Even our 2-year-old — who is a picky eater — loved the food, which says a lot. If you’re in the mood for a light alcoholic drink, they also offer soju in a variety of flavors.
Great food, great service, and a great experience overall. We’ll definitely be back.

Love coming here with my kids. We started coming for the Ramen but they also have many other dishes that are also excellent. This visit I had the Mongolian beef dish which was perfect over rice. My kids stuck with their ramen order. They are great about taking our ingredients that the kids don’t want. The service is always fantastic. Highly recommend you give this spot a try

We had such a great experience at Ichiraku Ramen in Smithfield! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and served hot. But what really made the visit stand out was our server, MJ. From start to finish, MJ was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find service that makes you feel so welcome, and MJ definitely made our visit memorable. I’ll absolutely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for MJ if you want an excellent dining experience!

Glad to have a ramen close to my home. Did a pick up order and they were very polite and made sure the food was safe since I have a seafood allergy.
Not a fan of the steak bento box- the steak was chewy but, the ramen was delicious. Melt in your mouth pork and nice flavored broth.

The host/server was very pushy. Kept rushing my kids and I when it came time to order food. It was not busy at all. We were the only customers there. My son’s Pepsi was flat. She gave him a bottle soda instead. Not sure why she couldn’t check the Co2 tank. Then my son’s vegetable sushi came out before my and my sons order. Which we should have all ate at the same time. Then I had an option of a side salad that went with my order. Instead of the lady asking what dressing I wanted or letting me know they had 1 dressing, I got whatever dressing she put in my face. And my son got the soup that went with his order. The lady was mad because my son politely said “I dislike the soup.” Mine and my son’s entree came out and we had steak. The steak was chewy. We asked for the steak to be medium rare. So I waited for a long time for the lady to come back to check on my table. Well she finally checked on the table, I told her about my steak, she went back into the kitchen and told the cooks about my steak. Yes, I got a new steak that was medium rare, BUT as I got the new steak, that lady had the audacity to put the check on the table. I didn’t even take a bite into my steak yet. And the bill came to $104. She didn’t take anything off the bill. So many complaints. She was lucky I tipped her. And as soon as we got up, she was quick to take her tip and clean the table. Again, it was not busy at all. Very disappointed in this place. Will never go back.
