I rarely pick up from this location because the quality is so poor and I should know better. But I tried it another time and I will never be back again. The dough on the pizza was literally raw. I could not consume it. I couldn’t eat the raw dough. I even tried putting it in my air fryer or in the oven to heat it back up to try to cook the raw dough and it didn’t work. I gave them feedback on it and still have not heard back. I will never come back to this location ever again.

Pretty bad experience. Rude service by the female cashier with pink wig. Mostly ignored me because me and husband were deciding what we wanted. We had to ask several times about the menu with no clear idea what the menu options were. We dined in and when our order was ready it was bagged up as if it was a to-go order. That was irritating. Sure enough as we are pulling my pasta plate out, the plastic container was NOT sealed and tomato marinara sauce spewed all over the table, the bag got soaked, and our arms and legs, including our shirt and jeans had hot (not scalding, but hot) tomato sauce all over the place. I went up to ask for help. The other cashier told me to use napkins. I said I would prefer a warm wet cloth. She practically rolled her eyes and went off into the kitchen. From what I observed it was quite a hassle finding a wet rag. I ended up waiting another 4 minutes for that wet rag! I understand being busy and overwhelmed, but it comes down to good customer service. Not rolling their eyes or ignoring me because I didnt know the menu. Helping when help is needed by their customers is all that was expected.

I ordered online. Pizza was on time and looked great.
However, when it was time to eat we discovered the pizza crust was unusually thin, paper thin. The crust tore exactly as wet tissue paper would as you grabbed a slice. The entire slice disintegrated in your hands under the weight of the sauce and toppings.
I had some frozen Texas Toast, so I cooked that, scooped up the toppings with a spoon from the box, and reheated the mishmash of sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and sausage in the oven – just so we could actually hold a “slice of “pizza”. This was the worst $30+ dollars I’ve ever spent. I would’ve been much better off buying a frozen pizza.

Nothing beats a Rocky Rocco’s super slice! Employees were incredibly nice, even greeted me as I walked in. Service was quick. Pizza (and breadsticks) are 10/10. Bathrooms were clean. Hidden gem.

The person at the counter kept turning around to yell profanities and the other employees. I had to state my order three separate times because she kept stopping to talk to other employees instead of taking the 30 seconds to talk to me. HIGHLY unprofessional

The pizza my family ordered did not look like the picture at all. We ordered sausage and pepperoni, but you could count the amount of pepperonis on one hand. It also looked smashed, and not puffy like their pizzas usually are. The lettuce on my salad was also extremely soggy before I even added the ranch to it. It also looked old, like they had been keeping it for a while until someone finally bought it instead of throwing it out. The breadsticks were the only redeeming part of the meal. The worker was also extremely rude to my mom over the phone, not giving her name or the manager’s name when she asked for a refund. We will not be returning to this establishment.

I love pizza but why is this establishment have very bad customer service yeah we understand coupons come n the mail but why i asked if I can have a coupon was told no..and i said I get coupons all the time why would you not want to help a customer its just paper especially the amount of money im spending and to see rats all around outside by garbage cans its just disgusting I will just continue going on bluemound and also brown deer were service and the outside is a little much cleaner and garbage and rats not running around outside around all the stores around there dollar tree,Rainbow and just where any garbage cans ..they were huge.

Visited the store 7/2/25 at about 1:10pm. My order was placed #13033202 @1:11pm. Pizza was great, service was not what I expected. Management worked out the issue with the service. Please patronize this business management does respond in a very timely manner with concerns.
