Wouldn’t let me use my coupon or get my birthday cookie – which says you can scan at the register. Kept insisting that it was for online orders only, I know it’s not, I’ve never had this issue with any other subway, I’ve always just typed in my number or scanned the barcode. It says on the coupon to scan at the register. They argued for like 5 minutes with me when I said I didn’t want the cookie then and charged me for it anyway. Horrible experience 0 stars.
