We took about 40 mins waiting and one of the guys looked like he had an attitude and did not want to work that day. The other guys was chill not bad. Could’ve had faster service but it’s okay. Just wanted to talk about the guy who did not have the best attitude and rolled his eyes at customers and complained. Please fix that problem, I will not be going there again.

I would like to S.O (Shoutout) to the young gentleman that had fixed our Subs and he did a very excellent job he took his time and handled our food with so much care and my boyfriend and I seen that he was very compassionate and we agree together that this is one of the places we decided on and I am so glad that we did we only had to stay and wait for 15 minutes and it felt like 30 minutes with how much fun we had and just how 15 minutes can change someone’s day keep up the good work you’re doing wonderful ! Refused to let my service animal today. My dog didn’t even make it in the building. They are rude and will argue. I would highly suggest not coming here. Claiming they had the right to refuse so let me educate a little. My dog didn’t even act disruptive but my service dog didn’t even make it into the building the staff physically blocked us from even coming in. I will be calling the attorney general as well as better business bureau. I called and asked for the manager they refused and even got argumentive with me on the phone. This is risky decision by the employees god forbid someone has a seizure and don’t have their service dog to help them. I won’t be shocked if they come on here and delete my review. They say all subways do this and if that’s the case subway will be in a lot of legal trouble if god forbid anything happens. This is a federal law not a state law you are not above the law.

First off, let me just say that the employees are so kind! They are very friendly and helpful and I never have any problems with my orders. It’s super convenient to put in an order online and pick it up shortly after… no need to wait in line. ❤️ Lastly, it’s a plus that it’s located in a gas station, so you can get gas or whatever else you may need.
