We seemed to be a bother to the workers while there as a family. They had no problem serving all the cars in the drive thru meanwhile we waited every bit of 15 for ours and we were the only people waiting on the patio . By the time we got ours it was melted. Girl that took our ordered looked annoyed by us. We will take our money elsewhere.

Keep in mind that I’ve been to this Andy’s at least 20 times since they’ve opened and every single time has been fabulous minus human error here and there. Today, the brownies were burned and I feel like I got shorted on the amount in the cup. Seriously the cups are usually so full they leak over the sides if you hit the breaks too hard(maybe a little exaggeration but you get the picture). Today the top of the concrete was 3 fingers from the lid(no exaggeration), custard almost nonexistent in the Sunday. Maybe new staff or lack of management due to holiday leave. Hopefully this isn’t a new trend cause I really enjoy this place. I feel like I got shorted on product, and their product isn’t on the cheap side. Kids and wife were happy, but it didn’t come out of their pockets .

The wait is worth it! We went after dinner on Mother’s day, we waited in line for 40 mins before we ordered and another 15 before we got our treats. They forgot my milkshake but was apologetic and made it rather quickly. The vanilla custard is delicious and we can’t wait to go back and try other items!

The frozen custard is great. I love the fresh fruit used as a mix/topping. The staff is always friendly. I am not sure how they find so many people with a good attitude.
When my wife and I are in the mood for “ice cream” this is the ONLY PLACE we want to go.

We absolutely loved this place and will be back. Our first time there and the staff didnt rush us, explained all of their options and how custard is different than ice cream when it comes to flavors. We all got pints or mediums sized specialties. Next time we will get multiple flavors to try but what we did get was delicious. Especially the key lime pie!

For those who have a lactose sensitivity this place is amazing! Since it’s custard! The menu is bigger online and they are super fast at getting your order out! No tables but can sit at benches outside. Perfect for the whole family!
