Nastiest service and food we have received yet. Took over an hour past what it should have been. Cold wings tossed in fridge cold BBQ sauce and the wings were pink inside. Sandwich wash absolutely cold and disgusting. Staff was of no help.bwings pizza,sanwhoch and bread. The bread was supposed to be cheesy jalapeno bread. Had ham in it. Looked like folded over cold pizza. Absolutely disappointed. Will not be returning.

Tonight was especially bad. I waited for the tracker to tell me it was ready before i got to the store. When i got there nobody seemed to know what was happening. People on the make line were standing around with hands in thier pockets, the one blond girl they had on landing was touching cooked food with her bare hands. I had to yell to her that she was about to loose a pizza so it didn’t fall to the ground. She kept playing with her phone while the guy on makeline stood around doing nothing. Lots of workers here just doing nothing, with a lobby full of costumers.
Got home to find all but one item was cold. And they used ham instead of bacon on my bacon jalapeño cheese bread. Called to see if they would do anything for me, afyer waiting on hold for 15 minutes they said it would take an hour and a half to remake it and they wouldn’t refund but can write a note for credit. What a circus… Guess these guys dont stand behind thier guarantee.

I have been a long time customer at this location. In the past, I have always been pleased with the taste of the pizza and the quality of the service. In the past two months I have ordered on line and received an incorrect pizza. On both occasions in the last two months, I ordered the supreme pizza, but I uncheck the onion topping option. On both occasions, they made my supreme pizza with onions on it. The first time I opened the box and saw the onions. I showed it to the person in store and they remake the pizza while I sat down and waited for it. On the second occasion, I did not open the box. I did not realize until I got home that the pizza had onions on it. Each time I go to this location they always send me an email asking me to rate my experience. Both times I did the review and let them know that my online order was incorrect because they put the onions on the pizza. Today, I called the location and asked to speak to the manager. I told him about my online order and how it was incorrect both times. Instead of listening to me and taking the customers experience into consideration. He said that I did order onion and because of the login I can show him where I uncheck the onions. He did not want to listen to me and instead said that I could take my business elsewhere. This lets me know what type of establishment this is and they will no longer have me as a customer. I know that the manager on staff today does not care because of the way he interacted with me, but I just want to let other people know that this location does not really care about customers in my opinion.

So after DECADES I decided to give Domino’s ( 3725 S. Carrier Pkwy~ Grand Prairie, TX) a try. So I got in on the whatever pizza for 50% off. I got the Extravaganzaa pizza or whatever it’s called. It was horrible and where is the cheese!! The ingredients taste very low grade. I want my $11.90 back it sucked!!

Waited at home 25 mins App said order was completed/ready Showed up 15 minutes later and order wasn’t ready. waited 5-10 mins and they gave me 2/5 correct items so I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order by that time the 2 items i got were already cold

My pizza had to ‘redone’ because they forgot the mushrooms. Instead of making a new pizza they added the mushrooms and passed the Same pizza thru the oven. It was burnt. Over cooked and dry.

This is for corporate, not individual store, so please forward this message to the big guys. What I just researched after ordering is an insult.
I’m leaving a one star in regards to the $4.99 delivery charge that your drivers don’t even receive. Shame on you. Utter shame you’d not include at least some of that as a guarantee to your drivers using their own vehicles, which get severely damaged over time, and upkeep is EXPENSIVE. And I KNOW you people don’t bother giving every store delivery vehicles so employees don’t have to strain their own engines. Car repairs are EXPENSIVE today. Shame on you. See the problems I presented? I’ve been ordering from this dominos for years. Their employees are AWESOME and deserve better. It wouldn’t kill yall to either give that delivery charge to your drivers using their own vehicles so they can afford upkeep and repairs OR provide company delivery vehicles. Not that hard of a solution, guys. Wake up!
