I just quickly wanted to give a shoutout to Thanh! She is super friendly and has exceptional customer service. As I was waiting for my food, she offered me a cup of water and it was a small gesture that spoke volumes of her character and work ethic 🙂 As someone who also works in customer service, I appreciate people like Thanh that go above and beyond to provide a positive experience.

On 12/11/2025 at 9:15 PM, I ordered a half-and-half meal with Broccoli Beef. The food I received was extremely disappointing the broccoli was soggy and tasted old, there was only one piece of beef, and I received no rice, only a small portion of chow mein. When I called Panda Express to address the issue, the customer service was unbelievably rude. The employee, Deanna, was disrespectful, and another male employee kept saying, “We’re unable to hear you, it’s breaking up,” then laughed and hung up on me multiple times. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Please be warned this location needs serious improvement in both food quality and customer service. This matter must be reviewed and addressed promptly. I have pictures as well.

I don’t really do reviews but today was really annoying picking up an order.
I placed an order online:

I got there after the time it said online it would be ready….
I am standing there for a while at the register where it says “Online order pick ups” and no one is helping.
One lady is helping the next person in line and comes to register to charge the customer and ignores me till they are done paying.
Asked me “How can I help you” and I said I am picking up an order for Luis…….she just walks away and starts helping the people in line.
I asked her “Is the order ready or not, what is the hold up if I placed the order online ahead of time”

Horrible experience. Was over charged. Asked for my receipts at the drive-thru and was told by the cashier Lizbeth that it was in the bag and it wasn’t. Went back inside for my receipt and it was given to me all wrinkled, like it was crumbled up and probably taken out of the trash can. I then found out why it wasn’t given to me, she had over charged me. So I go back inside for the second time and ask to speak to the manager. Waited for the manager since he was in the restroom. As I waited an employee had no shame and was eating his food in the kitchen area, walking back and forth through the kitchen (where the cooking was happening). The manager, Ruben came out and I explained the situation. Not to apologetic as I expected him to be. I then went on telling him about his employee eating in the kitchen area. What bothered me the most was that the cashier tried to hide the fact that she over charged me by lying to me that my receipt was in the bag. And the whole time I was waiting and complaining at the counter she kept looking at me and didn’t bother to apologize for her mistake and yet they want $22/hr wage. Never going here again!

This Panda is terrible at lunchtime. So many times I have had to wait 20-30 mins for my order, even when ordering ahead online. I have brought up this issue with management in the past, but nothing ever is improved. They have now lost my business.

They don’t put enough food it’s so messed up I went today I got food for my family and they put enough rice but they put two pieces of chicken and three pieces of broccoli for my grandmas plate and for my mom’s the girl didn’t even get my order right and same thing she skimped me out, this is INSANE PANDA DO BETTER.

There was a long piece (LONG) piece of hair in my food. I have kunta hair that is in braids and this piece was straight and long to clarify! Went through the drive thru and went home. Won’t make it back in time before they close and no one was answering the phone. Mind you they was just giggling and playing when she did hand me my food. I’m beyond pissed! Food is TOOO damn expensive for this to be happening and then no one answering the phone when I call and this is a place of business This is what I pulled out of my mouth
