Bbq was excellent. They take pride in their food and it shows ! We had brisket and beans with cornbread and spicy sausage/rib with potato salad. I got sauce just in case, and it was tasty as well, but I didn’t use much as the meat was very well seasoned. Smaller family run eatery, everyone there was very nice. Cash or Zelle, they don’t take credit cards. I look forward to returning.

Place has a variety of options for an entree from chicken spaghetti to smothered pork chops. Meals come w/2sides and cornbread for $18, which is a bit on the pricey side, but they give you a lot of food. All the greens are made with pork, but they do offer corn, yams, rice, potato salad, or beans as sides. Food is cooked in bulk- like cafeteria style and you have to pay using cashapp or zelle or cash. Ordered the beef tips and rice with yams and tried the chicken spaghetti. The beef tips were moist, but needed a bit more salt. The chicken spaghetti was well seasoned and a bit on the spicy side, while the yams were my least favorite with not much added sweetness. The cornbread was a bit on the dry side, but overall it was a decent meal. Service here is nice and very friendly.

Stopped here for dinner after a long day. They were closed but I was greeted by so many smiles and they let me go inside to grab some dinner. I am so thankful because the food was amazing! Brisket, green beans, potato salad and cornbread. Plenty of food for a good price. I will 100% be back when I’m in the area. Thank you!!

I’m glad a friend of mine shared a plate of BBQ from here with me! It was amazing! That brisket and those ribs were sum of the best I’ve tasted. I had to go back the next day and get my own plate! Oh, and let me not 4 get to tell u about the peach cobbler…..it was pretty darn close to how my grandma made hers! U absolutely have to try them out!

Food is always great!
My favorite plate to get is the baked chicken on rice and gravy, with yams and their amazing cabbage, with a piece of cornbread.

My son and I go here on a regular. Good spot if you have a taste for seasoned soul food. They also have a variety of bbq to choose from. Soul food options vary throughout the week but all options are wide with lots of variety! Customer service is nice and humble. Prices are unbeatable. Good dessert too. We visit at least once a week.

I finally had a chance to try them since my friend Rickey J. had been bragging about them. They were on point. Tried the beef tip, rice and gravy and green beans and corn which didn’t disappoint. You have to get there early to get the peach cobbler and pig’s feet. The plate portions were more than enough. Bring a group of friends next month to try them out again.
