I’m not sure if I went on an off day, but I was extremely disappointed. The food looked amazing, but it ended up being some of the blandest halal and food I’ve ever had. I ordered two platters—chicken over rice and lamb over rice—and it was honestly a struggle to finish them. The chicken was overly salty, while the rest had no real seasoning or flavor at all. With all the great reviews, I expected much better and was genuinely surprised by how underwhelming it was.

I really like the flavors of this food. I’m a person who enjoys ethnic food. The portion size is decent, but they give you a lot of rice. More chicken would be nice. I can’t figure out the pricing yet. They seem to charge you tax and a fee for using a card. I also want to add that I’ve had this dish before and the rice was yellowish. Today the rice was like white jasmine rice. The owner is a nice guy.
