I wish I could give this place a zero, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. My recent experience with this location was nothing short of a nightmare. Let me break it down for anyone considering ordering from here: think twice.
Firstly, the pizza arrived in a state that can only be described as a disaster. It was smushed up to the point where it was hard to distinguish the toppings from the box. I’ve seen abstract art that was less confusing than this mess. This was not what I expected when I ordered a pizza for a simple evening treat.
Thinking this could be easily resolved, I attempted to contact the location to inform them of the issue. To my disbelief, I was hung up on. Not once, but twice. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, apologize, or even acknowledge the problem. This level of customer service is unacceptable in any industry, especially in the food service where satisfaction should be a priority.
Based on this experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. The lack of quality in both their product and their service is glaringly obvious. There are plenty of other pizza places that value their customers and deliver what they promise. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, and choose literally anywhere else.

Ordered Pizza Hut tonight for dinner and got the most burnt order ever. Also this cheesy bread must’ve had the smallest coating of cheese. It was 99 percent bread you can see clearly in the photos how bad this was. Worst Pizza Hut experience.

Ordered 2 large pan pizzas and Cinnabon from this location. I was charged $1 extra on each pizza for ordering pan. The pizza was delivered and it was definitely not pan and the dough wasn’t cooked thru properly either. Was so disappointed bc Pizza Hut’s veggie pan pizza was my favorite. This one ruined it for me. Would not order again or recommend. Side note – the gentleman that made the delivery was extremely kind – A+ for his service.

I ordered from this location and they made my daughter a pizzas and the dough was still raw in the middle and it wasn’t cooked properly didn’t not replace my daughter so that was a waste of money will never ordered from this location again customer service was very rude and poor! Ordered online from pizza hut and this was the delivering store. Everything was okay until I found out that one of the pizza we ordered was missing a topping and it wasnt stuff crust. So called the store had to hold, didnt mind this part. Was told they will send the correct order again, didnt mention any charge or anything. Driver comes about an hour later when most people were done, we stopped eating the wrong order pizza, but three slice was already gone. Anyways, driver ask to say .50cent I know its not much, but I didnt get an option and it was their idea to bring a new pizza. So I asked, driver called the store. Some girl picked up saying I have to pay or you dont get the new pizza. So I ask for a partial refund of three dollars (price of stuff crust) and didnt ask to keep the new pizza. But she said no and keep ask to pay .50. Which I said no because it wanst our fault. Anyways, we argued and she talk to the driver in spanish and driver threw the new pizza at me took the old one took off. Very unsatisfied with the experience.

Ordered special was told different times. Driver acted like he was unaware of direct address and apartment name when told multiple times. He walks up with a unmarked duffle bag and no uniform with no car and tries explaining how he couldn’t simply gps the direct address. I open my food to see the wrapper been tampered with and my food have been vandalized as if things were stuck into my food. I’m unsure why when the ordering process was completely positive for the most part. I’m unsure why i was texted my a direct pizza hut number with an eta and a random unmarked private number from a person with no uniform delivering my pizza. This has been a long and very amazing relationship and memories with pizza hut and now I’m honestly uncomfortable with this branch with my money not knowing what or who will be make or handling food I’m consuming. I pray you guys can get it together for the health of this country bc we love pizza hut. I called to get a replacement or respond was left unanswered. I’d love a full refund please thank you .

I ordered $50+ food. Boneless wings taste awful! They taste like dry chicken tenders/ nuggets. I’m super disappointed in the quality. Next time I’ll order from domino’s or wing stops. Probably won’t order from here again.

I ordered curbside option. Had to go in. Why bother tipping? Got the pizza, that obviously had been sitting in the warming oven for a while. And here is an example of what now appears to be the definition of a 1 topping stuffed crust pizza- literally 1 piece of pepperoni. Guess I should have gone to Papa Johns.
