At El Nopalito Vegan Taqueria, we proudly serve 100% vegan Mexican cuisine inspired by Chef Sandra’s journey of veganizing her traditional dishes for her family. Founded in 2023 at the Yellow Green Farmers Market, bringing the vibrant flavors of Mexico City to South Florida. Every dish, from our vegan proteins to handmade tortillas, is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. At El Nopalito, we believe food is an experience that unites people, creating delicious memories in a welcoming, family-driven atmosphere. We are located at Yellow Green Farmers Market in Hollywood and soon will be part of SmorgasburgSoFlo in Fort Lauderdale. 2/14 and 2/15 will be on Lincoln Rd in Miami Beach.

RUN DONT WALK!!!! This place is super delicious. Everything is soo fresh and made to order. I’m sad I just discovered this and not earlier. Everything is vegan. Super GF friendly too. The meat substitutes are incredible and ample. I’ll back eating my way through the menu.

She met us at the entrance, talked about why she does what she does, and how much effort she put into making authentic Mexican food vegan. The food was spectacular and had really good portions as well. Would 100% recommend others to check this place out!

The host immediately came up to us as we were looking at their sign menu and gave us some information. The food came out quickly. Everyone was so kind and upbeat. The food was SOOOOOO good. The vegan nacho cheese and sour cream are out of this world. The size of the nacho plate was much bigger than expected. The decor was also artsy and cute. 100% will come back!!

We ordered the flautas, chimichanga bowl, side of queso with chips, and fresas con crema.
Everything was so delicious, vibrant, flavorful and cooked with love! I absolutely loved the queso and the fresas con crema.
They were even super welcoming with our dogs and we are so excited for our next visit.

Absolute best vegan food I’ve actually ever had! And I’ve had a lot!! So authentic tasting and the cheese/meat were PERFECTLY textured – not “fake tasting” at all. My husband said he prefers this chorizo to the meat version he had yesterday. Would recommend to anyone, not just vegans.

Incredible vegan food with so many vegan meat options including vegan chorizo, chicken, seitan, and chicharron! We loved the chimichanga bowl, nachos, and quesabirria tacos! Everything was flavorful, came with multiple salsas and toppings! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
