I was so disappointed for the flavorless food. The place is beautiful, staff was great. Plus it’s in the casino so it was very convenient. I had been here before, and it wasn’t memorable as well. I just guess I had higher expectations for being inside of Encore. The shrimp was good, that was probably the best out of everything I had. I did not care for the Carbonara, the dessert I did not like it was more of texture thing.

This food was phenomenal. We ordered the sea bass, short rib and tuna for dinner. The manager Peter was so kind. We were there celebrating winning the Beanpot and he was so excited for our girls. We visit Biston often and this was truly one of our best meals! We will definitely be back.

We celebrated our engagement with friends on the Friday before Christmas. It started with drinks at the high top, which were perfect. I highly recommend the espresso martini.
Peter, the GM, took excellent care of us and put us at a great round table which allowed our party to have great conversation.
While the food was great, what really made it special was the service.

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Fratelli inside Encore Casino! The highlight of the night was without a doubt the Seafood Risotto—perfectly cooked, creamy, and loaded with fresh, flavorful seafood. Truly one of the best risottos I’ve ever had!
Our server, Jose, made the evening even more enjoyable. He was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on, and he made sure every detail of our meal was perfect.
Between the amazing food, beautiful atmosphere, and top-notch service, Fratelli exceeded all expectations. I can’t wait to go back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding Italian dining experience at Encore!

Decided last minute to go to Fratelli during a recent stay at Encore. My hubby and I both tried the Rush Hour Special which is 5 courses for $49. It was amazing. Perfect portions and everything was absolutely delicious. Our server was amazing as well. We’ve been to Fratelli on several occasions and it’s always delicious. This was the first time trying the special. Definitely would get it again. Steak tips were so yummy!!

Went here for the first time for a friends birthday and the experience I had was great! The waitress and the staff was very helpful. The food was delicious it took a little while to get the entrees but flavor wise everything was on point worth the wait. I would definitely visit again!

1st time at Fratelli, took my wife for her birthday.
We had a couple of drinks each, appetizers we had the Sautéed mussels and clams, very good, we also had the caprese salad, just ok. For entrees my wife got Halibut she said it was very good. I got the 2lb lobster tempura at MRKT price. 1st it didn’t appear to be a 2lb lobster, it was chunks of lobster fried in bater which would be the case, just didn’t expect it to look like chicken nuggets. The lobster shell it was served in didn’t look like a 2 lb lobster and the shell was very clean or stripped out like it was something used to serve others. Something at MRKT price I would have expected it to be more of a gourmet meal. My advice is don’t order this dish. See photo aside from the shell it looks like chicken nuggets, something my grand kids would order. Be prepared to spend >$300 for two without top.

I was really looking forward to celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday here, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The pasta was very dry, and the waitress rushed us to order, which felt quite unpleasant. Our table was so close to the door that it almost felt like we were dining outside. Overall, it wasn’t the special experience I had hoped for, and I wouldn’t return if you’re looking to celebrate an important occasion. The waitress didn’t even ask what kind of dessert he would like to order; she just brought a random one.
