Talk about on point! I’ve been stopping at the Starbucks every night for the last 6 months. Greeted by first name and coffee done right every time perfect. Came in tonight. Ordered my regular for my wife and I to start our day right in the morning and looked over at the to go bin. It was overflowing with pick up orders! Not only were they on top of all the to go orders. I still got my coffee in a timely manner and as always with a friendly smile. You can’t ask for a better environment! Truly impressive work for the whole staff this crew is amazing. I look forward to stopping in every night. They deserved a nice shot out tonight. Great work to the whole team! You all rock ☺️

I would give a negative if I could – Sunday before Christmas, the peppermint mocha frappucino ordered through drive-thru for my mom did not have cover on properly – drink spilled over the groceries, the carpet and my mother. I was told that there is an issue with covers…..prudence would dictate that if you know about this, you make sure the cover is on…….I had to clean it in the frigid cold. Will not know until warm weather if the carpet will smell so that is wonderful. District Manager Brianna Mireault, called and did seem like she cared but a 50.00 gift card does not begin to cover what I had to deal with….been a month since I heard from her so expecting they are going to ignore me. Thank God it was not a hot drink as it would have been so much worse. Bottom line is the customer does not matter – Starbucks can’t even give a gift card more than 50.00 for the hassle and mess their screw up caused…..
People give their hard earned money to this place and when something like this happens, Starbucks should make it right……

I got a hot matcha latte. They customized mine for me and put lavender powder in it, omg…sooooo good! Definitely a little pricey but if you’re just doing it once in a while As a treat for yourself totally worth it, delicious!

I must preface this by mentioning that I’m a 30-year, loyal Starbucks customer and have visited Starbucks all over the U.S. and Canada.

Tilton is a nice store with a GREAT manager and attentive staff but the in-store ambience is off compared to other Starbucks in NH. The music seems to be much louder than it should be and the track lighting has bulbs that are twice as bright as they should be. So, if you sit in the low-top seats it feels like you’re sitting under a spot light while being blasted with loud Starbucks jams. Please turn down the music and lighting by about 20-30%.

I wonder if they do this so customers don’t hangout too long, providing for better turnover for seating for new customers coming in?

The staff are always friendly. Everytime I’ve gotten the salted caramel mocha strato it looks just like the picture. The drove through line can be really long, but they get through the line quickly.

I’m a long term partner from out of state- this location does not follow standards, dress code, etc. No greetings when walking in, no connections at the window, no writing on cups, dress code not adhered to… Sad to see a location like this where they only treat you nicely once they realize you’re a partner. Next vacation up here I’m avoiding this location. The training we receive and are pushed on is for a reason- we need consistency! Best of luck you guys.
