Pulled up to pick up my order. I was a couple minutes ahead of the pick up time. So I proceeded to wait almost 10 minutes after pick up time only to see my pizza just sitting on the counter next to the little airhead worker locked in on his phone. It’s crazy that they were so incompetent they couldn’t walk 10 feet to put it in the pickup oven. So lame

Came here to pick up two pies, and 1 order of the puffs. First off as I am waiting in the front the lady keeps telling someone there is someone in the front. There was no rush to greet me not from the lady or the male.
The pizzas were done, sitting on the counter the puffs still had some time. He said it would taken 5-7 minutes for the puffs to finish. I even asked if those pizzas were done sitting on the counter. He said yes. So now pizzas are warm and puffs are hot.
Speaking of the puffs, is there no standard on portions? One large one and 3 really small ones. It’s a shame this place is busy and we love getting quick easy pizzas, but I’m thinking maybe we try dominoes down the street.

went today 03/07 and ordered online. They forgot the Crazy Bread and got my order wrong on my Crazy Puffs (order cheese and they gave me pepperoni ones and made me wait 10 minutes to remake them). This location is awful.

Horrible! The young guys were outside working under the hood of their trucks and then when it got horribly busy (5 cars waiting) they decided to come in and make pizzas. I only stopped to get a “Hot n Ready” pizza and there was none hot or ready.

This place was horrible . The employee had his ear bud in and did not take my order properly. He told me I had to wait in the parking lot because he was taking care of online orders first. Then one of my pizzas was destroyed on purpose. I called to get a refund. This is ridiculous. Look at the pictures to show finger impressions

Chicago style deep dish is crusty on bottom. Mine was barely cooked. After I got home I called and asked about the bottom the guy said it’s only crispy on the sides.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza online. When I went to pick it up, the staff had no idea my order existed and grabbed one out of the warmer. It was made poorly (almost no sauce, and totally asymmetrical) and clearly wasn’t fresh. I’ve had Little Caesars many times, it’s fine pizza. This is the worst Little Caesars pizza I’ve ever had. I regret ordering, much less adding a Pepsi and tipping.

The pizza was moderately ok. The wings were not so good. Two of the eight wings were inedible the pieces were the end of the wing. There was no quality control, or just a single care given except at the register to charge me $8.99. Disappointing does not begin to explain how I feel about never going back here, the amount of time I patiently waited or the amount I paid. I would NOT RECOMMEND
