If I could rate zero I would!! The “manager” was absolutely 100% disrespectful. They didn’t give me my whole order and when I called to ask about it I got told that I needed to drive 40 miles round trip to pick them up. The worker that gave my family to order out of the keosk did not tell them that they had more stuff that they don’t keep in the hot box! Absolutely will not ever order from here again.. this store needs a revamp immediately especially the “manager”. Was refused corporate numbers or the owners number, stating they can’t give them out after telling me they didn’t have it. So I really hope this store enjoys the extra $10 in their pockets tonight

Usually I have a great time here, however, lately the service has been getting worse and worse. I was told it would be 8 minutes for a fresh pizza, no biggie! However, it ended taking well over 30 minutes, and the drive through line was full and people left quite often due to the wait. After that, there was no attempt to make up for the wait with even a drink or anything. All I ordered was a sausage and breadsticks.
I would rate 0 stars if I could. Very dissatisfied.

Was very disappointed, food wasnt bad but could be better. The service was beyond poor. Why do you have a drive thru if you cant pickup thr pizza that way? How hard is it to pass an already paid for order out the window? Since when does a pizza place not pass out parmesan? Little Ceasars discontinued parmesan??? Seriously?

Food has gone way down hill since they got a new manager. I went in on my 30 minute lunch break and they had nothing hot and ready, they told me it would be 10 minutes for an order of crazy puffs, which would’ve left me 15 minutes to eat so I ordered. They then took 2 orders of pizza after me, and those orders received and left before I got my order. I waited almost 20 minutes after I ordered and asked for a refund at which point they said it was done but I no longer had time to eat my food, because I had to be back at work in 5 minutes… Have never had a bad experience until this new management and team. Really sad to see because I’ve been a regular customer up until now. I won’t return until I know that management has changed again.

I’ve never had Little Ceasars before today but I had a huge Uber Eats coupon and the stuffed pretzel crust was calling my name. Absolutely fantastic pizza and with Uber Eats they were able to deliver all the way out to the truckstop near the Walmart DC in Ochelata. Turns out their pizza boxes are conveniently also the perfect size to be jammed into the bottom of a Freightliner fridge.

Pizza has been downhill lately. Its not consistent. This time the crust was too thick & there wasn’t enough cheese. I just pulled the tops off & ate some of the crust.

Maybe it was the holiday rush or the fact there was only one person sort of at the counter and who knows how many in back but man can you say unattentive and slow! Food was what you expect from little ceasers…lucky they are one of the only ones in town.

Food is sometimes good sometimes not staff is usually not the worst but slow and I was told that the manager Lisa stopped letting them carry the parmesan packets and then try to charge to add it to the crust

I’ve gone to this Little Caesars a few times before. I personally have never had their food but my brother really likes it (it’s Little Caesar’s lol, what can you really expect). The one problem I have is how long the drive through takes. One time, me and my family went to the drive through to get their crazy puffs (again, little brother loves them), we ended up waiting 45 minutes right outside of that drive through window. There was one other car behind us, and my mom said she saw his crazy puffs sitting on a counter in the kitchen for a good 20-30 minutes of our wait. Overall, my advice is to order online (you get your food WAY quicker).

Phenomenal place! The manager is always super cool. The food is really good always hot and fresh. Great prices. The inside is clean but it is pretty hot I feel bad for them somebody get them some freaking AC! Poor guys. 5/5 stars.
