Went to Popeyes and placed our orders (we had 3) on the app. Pulled in and the lobby was closed so we went thru the drive thru and was told to pull up to the white line. There was a truck parked and we saw several other cars pull into parking spots waiting on food after us. We sat and watched several cars get their food and drive off. The manager, as she’s walking by, says our orders are coming up next. A short while later another lady walks out with three bags and walks right past us – didn’t even ask us about our order – proceeds to almost get hit by a car backing out which should have been a clue it wasn’t their order goes around the corner and gives two of the three bags to another car – mind you I’m telling my husband that’s our order. She then walks back into the store and sits the one order on the counter – never asking us a thing. I then proceed to walk in to inquire about our order and am told “well there’s one right there” by the manager who asks the other individual about the other two orders who says i gave them to the individual – obviously not because I’m standing right there. So the manager says no problem we can remake them in two minutes. The other individual claimed the person confirmed the name and exactly what was ordered – which I seriously doubt – could have confirmed order # which is printed right there on the receipt attached to the bag to what I have in the app – mind you this was all done on the app under the same account so why would two of the three orders belong to that individual and not the third one? So as they’re remaking my orders, no one apologized, took responsibility – kept saying stuff like why would someone take food that wasn’t theirs – or tried any type of service recovery. Also, it didn’t take two minutes, I stood there for about 10 additional minutes. We get home and my husband’s food is cold – because that was the order sitting on the counter, I’m supposed to have spicy tenders – which I did not. I got angry standing there listening to her complain and/or make excuses and never apologizing or taking accountability (and neither did the manager), I almost requested a refund – which I wish I had done at this point. I’m so disappointed with Popeye’s.

absolutely atrocious service. whoever was taking orders 12/19 around 420 pm should be fired on the spot. it’s unacceptable to talk down to customers like they’re less than intelligent when YOU MA’AM are the one that needs some brains. don’t even bother going to this location, let it die, their food isn’t even good, never has been. i will be looking for the owner information and contacting the corporate branch. absolutely disgusting human. this is the last time I’ll even give this location a try. maybe if they cleaned their fryers more than once a year the food would be worth the degrading customer service. what a fail of a restaurant.

Had me waiting 40 minutes outside. then gone have the audacity to come out here and ask me what I had then when i told them i had a 2 PIECE with fries they said “ well why you ain’t say nothing “ like it was my job to say something when they told me it would be 15 minutes. then had me waiting just for the chicken to be bad so i had to get a refund. THEN the machine was down so they weren’t able to put it back on my card. thankful they didn’t give me bad chicken but upset about the service. Very disappointed

I forget her name but the manager yesterday was absolutely awesome not only did she recommend a better deal that saved me money n got me more food but she was dealing with a large lunch crowd an a door dasher issue all while being super amazing at her job, she handled it! N Popeyes nailed it! (Insert little Nicky meme) Lol

Tried your new dippers. Not spicy. I was given a packet of Sriracha sauce. What was I supposed to do with a single pack?
I liked the taste, like Popeyes, but was expecting something spicy.
Also, your ranch sucks. It poured out like water. It was that thin. It literally got on my shirt, pants and the bag as well. Not too impressed with that.
The server at the window was super nice.

Ordered online pickup at 7:03, spouse came home with it at 8:30, whole order was wrong. The drive thru was empty, lobby was full and everyone was mad waiting on their orders. For well over an hour! And It’s now almost 9pm and still haven’t gotten our food. Popeyes used to be my favorite, my go to! I won’t come back to thr Saufley field location again.

Ordered family meal of chicken fingers. The count was short. The chicken was mostly batter. One tender, we couldn’t find the meat. I have ordered a single breast from this same Popeyes and gotten more meat. Replacement at Publix deli was half the price.
