I ordered delivery for my daughter and I. We ordered pasta, pizza and cinnamon breadsticks for dessert. I wish I was joking here when I said this, but they literally put an inch of cinnamon sugar on top of the cinnamon breadsticks. How is that even edible? Picture is after I already scraped all the crap on the top off.

This is the only Pizza Hut my wife kids and I go to. My parents are the same way. Food is always delicious ! The waitresses are always polite and working hard. It usually doesn’t take long to get our food either. Always hot with fresh toppings! Most of the time we get garlic cheese bread for an appetizer and a supreme stuffed crust pizza. This time though I tried the sweet and hot pizza and it’s great! Also their BBQ chicken pizza is awesome! It’s great affordable food!

Not one table was clean when I walked in and had to sit somewhere that wasn’t cleaned then it took 30 minutes for someone to notice I was here again and then someone asked what I wanted. Then another hour went by and I just got the appetizer. Then I asked for pop instead of water because the water is tap and doesn’t taste good at all so then they finally came with the pizza and then they handed me more water instead of pop.

My family and I really love Pizza Hut and have always had a great experience here, but tonight I was a little disappointed. The food was great and the staff BESIDES our waitress were great. But our waitress was very obviously under the influence of something. She was barely able to take our order, was dropping food on the floor and was just not okay. I try to be understanding, but this has never happened before and hate to see it in a place we really love coming to but to bring our children to a place to eat, and to have to have them see someone act like this is unacceptable. Please do better!

The pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. The staff that seated was complaining about the workers in the back as we were being seated. The staff hardly even check on us the whole time we were there which was almost 2 hours. Amd there were tables left completely dirty with plates and cups from the time we got there till after we left. They weren’t even busy at all. The person in the drive through was just leaning on the counter on his phone.

Twice my husband and I have visited this place for the lunch buffet and have left very disappointed. Very few selections of food items on the buffet. No breadsticks or dessert, very little pizza. We asked for a discount because we waited over 30 minutes with still no pizza refilled on the buffet, left hungry. Our fault for giving them a second chance.

This place is awful. Service was not there. We sat and waited over an hour for 2 pizzas. They got our order wrong. Gave our pizza to another table. Didn’t tell us. Then I had to go to the front and complain. Then and only then they told us they messed up. They had our pizza in the warmer and still had to wait even longer because they have no idea what they are doing here. A complete let down. Will not be coming back to this location ever. Waiting this long especially with kids is unreal. It wasn’t even busy in here.

The last two times we have gotten Pizza Hut to go the wait time was 15-20 minutes pick up. Arriving for pick up the first time my order took over another 40 minutes to get. This is very disappointing.
