Sometimes good, sometimes not. About every other time I order from here they put my sub on the wrong bread.
It did not used to be this way. A little attention to detail would go a long way. I enjoy Jersey Mikes, but I’m tired of paying to get home and realize that yet again they have screwed up my order.
It’s all so tiresome.

Just a heads up, this location is NOT participating in the “Nation Sandwich Day” promo. Which ok that’s fine, if Franchisees are able to have that flexibility to chose or not chose to participate. However, upon asking the staff at checkout I was informed they were not and that others had asked as well. Maybe a sign on the door or counter would’ve been helpful. Again, I’ll do my due diligence much better next time.

Food was great. Staff was on the ball and consistent with the lines.
Sandwiches were of course delicious and came out fresh.
Ordered the chicken Philly and it came out fresh and out perfectly. Had to open up the sandwich too ok let it cool off a little bit.
Another sandwhich ordered by the fam was the chicken bacon ranch. Also a cooked sandwich and came out delicious.
Bathrooms were well kept and super clean. And AC was blowing at a nice rate that doesn’t cause you to freeze.

If I order online, I would expect the order to be exactly as ordered, since there is a list (the order is not verbally taken). I ordered 12 subs, and there were several mess-ups; wrong bread, mayonnaise or not mayonnaise, missing hot peppers, etc. Subs were still good, but kids are picky eaters – several of the subs were just tossed in the trash.
Also, the app has a text field “Who’s this for?” for each food item – so I added names for all the subs. When I picked them up, there were no names applied to each of the 12 subs, and the receipt only listed the subs by number (no customs listed) I still had to interpret what was written on the wrappers, to determine who got what sub.

Small sub shop. I like the food. Be prepared to stand in line. As a senior I did not appreciate that. But the staff is helpful and the place is clean.

Let me start by saying I ABSOLUTELY love Jersey Mike’s and they have never disappointed…..till now. I was in the area for a construction job and when I found out there was a JM near by I was excited cause I haven’t had a sub in a while.
Went in and ordered my sub, the same I always order. Turkey and cheese on white made Mike’s way. Nothing complicated quick simple and easy. So you would think.
I told them how I wanted it and made the mistake of walking away instead of watching them make it. When I got back to work to enjoy my lunch I was immediately disappointed. The bread was hard and dry, the lettuce and tomatoes were brown and wilted. There was BARELY any turkey and cheese on there, it was like the absolute minimum amount they could give me to consider just enough to be called a sandwich. No oregano, no oil and vinegar. Just a plain dry tasteless bland sandwich. I took off the lettuce and tomatoes and just ate the turkey and cheese and threw the rest away. So disappointing considering how much I paid and for the reputation Jersey Mike’s has.

Me and my family walked in at 8:30 trying to get a quick bite after the beach. A curly hair guy rolled his eyes twice then mumbled something to a girl. We left, it was as obvious he didn’t want to make any more sandwiches and we didn’t feel like telling him to hold the spit. They closed at 9. He was too lazy to finish his shift. If you’re coming from out of town avoid this place. I hope the family that arrived as we were leaving received good service. We ended up at the Top Wok further down the street. Their service was excellent and their food was delicious, highly recommend.

I recently visited this location for the first time. I love Jersey Mikes and usually have a great experience dining in or to go. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious. I would highly recommend it. Very nice employees and I didn’t have to wait long for my order to be ready. A little pricey for subs but otherwise great experience overall!!!
