I just walked in and there a man working behind the counter. I said excuse me what is the sub of the day? He puts his head down and walks away. He looked up when I said excuse me so I know he heard me. Not very good customer service at all. I’ll be going somewhere else to eat and won’t be back. Hire better people, this reflects on the owner.

Wow. If you are allergic to cheese, don’t get a sub with pepperoni, ham, and salami. I was told that I had no choice but to have DOUBLE cheese. I thought you made your own sandwiches at Subway. The fact that I was argued with over it was disgusting. It took everything in me not to walk out at that point—rude staff. I don’t know why I went to this one. I did not see all of the reviews. Maybe someone should be there occasionally to see how customers are being treated. I was flabbergasted. Argue with me because you say I MUST have the cheese… no… then you put olives on my sub! I HATE olives; I was right in front of them, telling them what I wanted! But there was no way I was going to continue dealing with this person. Just wanted to check out and leave. Yes, I never leave reviews, but I was shocked that this happened. You should do something, 2.4 stars… that should say something.

Destiny is the best employee. I have received the best services till now at Subway I would say.
Today I had really bad experience at another Subway and Destiny made our day with delicious Sub. Her smiling face and gratitude towards customer was the example of best employee.
Also the guys was there, he was amazing person too. He changed his glows because we wanted veg sub.

Just wanted two drinks today no subs. Male young worker was very nice, and he was working alone. They only had medium sized fountain soda cups but no lids. Only lids for smaller or larger but didn’t have those cups. Only 1 of the flavors in the 3 flavor iccee machine was working. Floor needed swept and tables were dirty. I was the only customer for the 15 min we sat with our drinks. The worker (guy) was nice but the dirty condition of tables/floors, lack of cups and broken slushie machine is a bit much.

The manager with the facial piercings talks down upon his employees and always seems irriatated and annoyed with customers.
The way they make subs isn’t the same across the board. Some subs are great, some subs just plain stink.
When asked to speak with a manger we were given a run around with excuses of why we couldn’t.
I wouldn’t waste my time here, they clearly don’t care about the customers, their jobs, or their establishment.

The old man terry who works there wanted to be rude to my sister inlaw over an expired coupon. Him and some old lady had to laugh at her and her kids about it being expired.& had to make sure the old lady he was friends with behind us knew about it. Hopefully old man retires. Sorry for your miserable life but leave good people alone! Will never come and see old man terry again!!!

Owner of this establishment is VERY rude and obviously has no prior experience in customer service. Never have i had a issue with this place until today when my food was messed up and I called about it! Owner told me I was basically lying she made them herself and makes no mistakes! Will NEVER spend my money here again. Took me getting rude back and offering to bring the food back to show her, her mistakes before she would try and fix the problem.
