Ordered 4 donuts and got charged this! I was in a hurry so didn’t think much but I wonder what’s the 7 Donuts are for.. for reference, ate two (brownie batter and the vanilla sprinkles ) these are the other two. Definitely disappointed and cheated to say the least.

The hashbrowns were soggy and inedible. They tasted like rancid oil. They were disgusting. The sandwich was burnt and over cooked. The coffee was alright. Sadly wouldn’t go back here.

Hadn’t tried Dunkin in awhile so thought I’d give it a try. Latte with vanilla was not good.. very bad fake syrup taste. My husband said his regular medium roast coffee was good. Also ordered 6 donuts – we ordered jelly filled and a couple others, but got all sprinkle donuts instead (not at all what we ordered – a couple of my kids thought they were okay, the other didn’t finish and said it was bad because the sprinkles were very hard). We should have received the donuts we ordered and paid for. Dunkin is okay overall, but I don’t forsee wanting to go back anytime soon – much better alternatives around.

I ordered on their app for drive thru pick up. At the voice box I gave my name and the guy said they had my order and to pull up to the window. Apparently the car ahead of me was having problems because they were there for a solid 7 minutes. When I got to the window, the guy said the wrong order. I said no and gave him my order again, reiterating that it was an app order. He got confused, suggested another wrong order…finally found my order and handed it to me. I should have checked there but by then a long line had formed behind me and it was clear he felt he was done with me and just wanted me gone. I ordered a custom half dozen donuts and a large iced dirty chai. 2 of the 6 donuts were right, the other 4 were whatever they felt like throwing in the box. And despite saying “chai latte” as he handed me the drink, there was no chai in my dirty chai…just an iced dirty latte? Very disappointing. I’m sure I’ll end up giving them another try, but it won’t be for quite a long time.

Terrible customer service at the 156th and Ida brand new location. They don’t respond to anything. I orderd over the weekend they got the order for pickup wrong and the quality of the new Halloween munchkins was terrible. Half coated half not on those and a box of assorted ones that are all plain. Would not recommend and will not do business again if they can’t take the time to respond to issues. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this location!

I went in and order two dozen donuts on the touchscreen. Once I paid for them, they told me they didn’t have them. They would not refund me my money but told me it would be five minutes and they’d have my donuts. Fifteen minutes later I finally got my donuts. They basically were out of donuts at 9:00 in the morning. Won’t be going back.

Lady with the freckles all over her face was very impolite. I said thank you 3 separate times. one right after i ordered, after she gave me my card back, and after i got my latte. not once did she acknowledge me or say you’re welcome. took them near 5 minutes to even come to the window to collect payment. took even longer to make a simple latte. i should not have had to sit at the window for 7 minutes after ordering when i never have to wait that long anywhere else. if you have somewhere to be, don’t come to this location. poor service and long wait time.
