The drinks are made well, the service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and modern. I give it 5 stars not because the drive through takes a great deal longer than other Starbucks that I’ve been to. I always do online orders and typically prefer to dash through the drive through and scoop up my order but multiple trips has proven that it’s a timely process to go that route so I did an in store order pickup and it was faster but there I waited for two other customers to order before I got my order because there is no signage indicating mobile order pickup. The cashier informed me. So the in store pickup is tremendously faster.

I have been here 3x so far and each time the wait has been absolutely ridiculously long, especially when the inside is empty and there’s only one other car in the drive though.
It was this visit today, that has sparked me to write a review. I Mobile ordered an iced coffee with a splash of half and half. It said my drink would be ready at 4:05. I pulled into the driveway at 4:07pm, with 1 car at the window and 1 car at the order box. It took a total of 30 minutes to get my order. I waited 15 minutes to ask for my mobile order and then 15 minutes to get my drink. Usually the wait has been about 15-20minutes, which is still long but 30+ minutes in too much, especially for an order that was previously placed. I am not sure if in the afternoon they are short staffed or what, but the wait is getting unacceptable. To add insult to injury, when I ordered and iced coffee with a splash of milk and get this drink. I checked the label and it said it was mine, but this definitely wasn’t just an iced coffee with a splash of 1/2 & 1/2.
I will say that the staff is ALWAYS pleasent and friendly, and they do seem a bit frazzled each time.
TL;DR: I’ve been 3x with the wait getting longer each time. Just plan in a lot of time to wait if you need to stop. Don’t go if you’re in a rush.

Great service, and the service hospitality that came and checked on us when we decided to stay and eat, drink there!! Thought, that the extra mile to take the time to come check on my daughter and I was really refreshing!! Thank you very much Starbucks for allowing me to enjoy a slice of heaven spending time with my DAUGHTER!!

I stop by this Starbucks a couple of times a week traveling to appointments. With its location in Milan, it makes an easy stop before the traffic of north Jackson.
Although I only come in occasionally, everyone is so kind. I recently left my AirPods there only realizing all couple of days later they were missing. When I stopped in on my next time through, I asked, they had found them, put a post-it with my name on the case, and put them aside for me. It was humorous and all clapped at our reunion.
Good folks and personal even under the corporate system. Grateful to have this option in Milan.

Everyone was amazing in this Starbucks. Especially Andrew who didn’t make the shop feel like a chain. He made it feel like we were in a cute, local, small-town coffee shop by treating us like he knew us instead of just another customer. Andrew also showed us this side pocket that the food bags have which I had no clue of! If Andrew serves you, be extra nice because he deserves it.

The drinks are never what I order. I make basic modifications like 3 pumps of caramel sauce or light ice and this store never does any of them and then the workers wonder why they don’t get a tip. About to just start going and getting McDonalds $1.49 coffee since my $8 latte is never right
