We just ordered from Pizza Hut on door dash from the location on Colorado Ave in Lorain, and today it was exceptional! The Meat Lovers Original Pan pizza was delicious and cooked perfectly. The cheese sticks were SO good. The dough on everything was like a soft cloud with that crispy cheese edge that everyone loves. I actually called the store to tell them they did a great job and spoke to the manager, William. He was professional and gracious. He said he is newer in his position at that location. You can tell he takes pride in what he is doing, and the quality of our order shows that to be true. We just ordered from there on a whim last week, and it was so good that we ordered again today. If you have gotten away from Pizza Hut, you should definitely give them another chance. That location is making changes for the better!!

The doors are locked, you cannot go inside. Is Pizza Hut is drive-thru only. If somebody gets there before their order is ready they just sit and block the drive-thru window. What should have just been a drive-in drive out turns into a half hour long ordeal of just sitting in the Drive-Thru line. If you’re not going to allow customers to come into the lobby and pick up their orders you should at least have the orders that aren’t ready pull forward so the orders that are ready can be picked up.

I called to explain that my order was incorrect, but the employee who answered didn’t give me a chance to speak or explain the issue. She immediately had an attitude, talked over me, was dismissive and rude. She even questioned whether my order was actually wrong, despite the fact that I was calling to report the mistake. She consistently talked over me, refused to listen and made no actual effort to resolve the situation other than a loud rude attitude. Idk who she was but she shouldn’t be in customer service- all she did was make the situation worse. All I wanted was the difference for the incorrect pizza. Not a credit. Wasn’t asking for a free pizza or to drive to store. Corporate should listen to that recording of their staff member to train on what not to do as an employee.

Absolutely horrible location. I used to drive a far distance to come here because they were so kind.. and recently when the assistant manager completely messed up my order and apologized saying it was because she was shorted staff and she was literally in tears, and asked if I wanted her to remake and I told her it was not a problem I didn’t have the heart to have her remake it. She then told me she would take care of my re-make order the next time I came in as I am a frequent loyal customer and today when I called for the remark a very rude gentleman told me there was nothing they could do for me because it had already been a week and they would escalate it to their Area Coach to see if he would be willing to honor the manager’s agreement.

Placed an order and delivery time was 9:41pm then I received a call at 10:15pm telling me that I was called at 10:12pm and I did not answer so my food was cancelled and my kids can go hungry and that she will refund my money when they get ready this store is a joke this is not the first time I have been disappointed by this store and will no longer order from this store employees are rude and unprofessional

We had a wonderful experience with two of your employees Ashley and Angela at the Colorado ave . Pizza hut they were so kind to us and on the phone and in person they went above and beyond to make our taco pizza darn delicious. And requested the cinnamon bun and that was absolutely delicious also. They got us we hope we get to encounter that more often and on top of it it was about closing time and they were not bothered by that at all. Thank you Ashley and Angela

The food here is always amazing, hand downs the best Pizza Hut I have been to. They always take care of their customers no matter what. The gm, William, will is the greatest and will do anything he can to make sure the orders are right and the proof is in his work. If you haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while go give them a try!

I called in the order they said it would take about 20 minutes I arrived to 25 minutes later they told me it will be two additional minutes 10 minutes later I had to knock on the door and and one staff member was extremely rude while the other staff member grabbed my food out of the warmer and handed it to me. Had I waited in line I probably would have been there for another 20 minutes
