The kitchen area is filthy. The floors ,the sink just the whole area is gross. The employees look dirty and they are not pleasant at all.The tables were nasty and had crumbs all over them.

This dunk8n used to be my go to location but the last 2 trips have been absolutely awful. I approached the window and received zero greeting. The person at the wondow literally just extended their hand for my payment. The entire interaction was rude and just plain awful. Both times my simple iced mocha black coffee was wrong with cream or a latte instead. I get having a tough day and mishearing an order. I can totally overlook that but to have zero customer service skills or basic manners is a no for me.

The noise behind the counter totally was unexcecptable.
Loud ..sharing pay…1 thinking he gets paid enough at $14hr…another just got a raise…the 3rd..yelling..you got a raise…the other yelling “l am the trainer’ someone waiting at the window got the wrong drink.. . 2 said “not to the customer”.. not my fault..
I was stood talking to 2 nice ladies l know having having coffee..they meet there many times a week.
1 said it is like that lately..
Before l left, there were 2 customers in line.. the loudtalking and joking was going on .. l spoke to the heavy set girl and told her l would like the manager to know how l feel.
She has been there quite a while.. she is very quiet always when l have been in. Go for coffee lots on my way back from the nursing home visits.
It has been like that several times. Today was the worst.
The last thing l said was ” this is not acceptable for these customers to deal with this… pointed to them as l left the counter.

Absolutely poor customer service. Had to pay full price for an energy drink without the energy. Had to go buy my own energy drink.

Been there many times and the order not correct its takes many minutes standing at the pick up counter for someone to acknowledge so you can ask for it to be corrected. Also I thought policy was for them to ask I’d you wanted your receipt. Never asked at this dunkin. It used to be better.
