Between the drinks and small bites to the ramen bowls, everything very enjoyable
They had daily specials and it sounded like some of the menu items were from the farmers market.

I want to start by saying the staff was very friendly and the services was quick, but this place was okay at best. If you are looking for a classic ramen shop this is not the place. The tonkotsu had bbq sauce on it, the both was thin and lacking in flavor, and the noodle portions were very light.
My group had several apps and the flavors were not traditional. I belive they were trying to put a twist on classics but the did not hit the mark.
The greatest offender was the sirfry, its sauce tasted like it was store bought. Save yourself some time and money by avoiding this place.

I attended their Four Course Sake Dinner event and have to say it was AMAZING. Genuinely had the best ramen of my life (Blue Crab Ramen). The wagyu, hamachi, and lobster bao bun were also delicious. If you have the opportunity to go to an event of theirs, you can’t miss it. Other people at the event were also raving about the food and shared how much they love Nosu which goes to show they truly put care into all their food, not just for special events. I’m excited to come back and try their summer menu!
The owner Brandon was also super friendly and welcoming with everyone. If you want to support a small, local business that gives great quality and variety of food, I highly recommend giving them a try

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! The food, the service, the vibes— all chef’s kiss! I am celiac, and I am happy to say that I can have quite a few dishes. My all time favorite is the salmon bento. This place is a MUST when visiting Golden!

Very vibey modern ramen shop! Food was excellent and well balanced, menu includes a lot of inspired traditional dishes as well as some creative homages to the homeland the dishes are based off of.
I ordered the pork belly ramen, blistered shishito peppers, duck pork buns, and daily dumpling and all were impressive!
Pork belly ramen included a good mix of savory and sweet components without any overbearing saltiness that tends to come with that sort of dish. The noodles were cooked to perfection with the correct degree of chewiness and flavor absorption. The poached egg lent well to the rest of the dish adding sheen and texture. The blistered shishitos were a good mix of subtle spiciness and acidity which made them very approachable. The duck pork buns had an elegant sweetness that made every bite worthwhile, they didn’t last long. The daily dumpling was an excellent expression of a pork gyoza that also avoided the typical pitfalls of over saltiness or simplification.
Sara the bartender was friendly and helpful with offering suggestions. The sake selection was appropriate and not overbearing. The whiskey selection was very extensive and tempting.
Will be eating here again in the future!

We were served a delicious savory meat wrapped in rice flour appetizer that was delicious.
Water was excellent. That’s attention to detail I appreciate.
The atmosphere is bright and friendly. The bar looks excellent, and my friends sitting there enthusiastically said it’s as good as it looks.

We are visiting from San Diego so our taste of Japanese food is a little different. The dumplings was ok. The fried rice tasted it had too much soy sauce. The duck in the duck bun was a bit dry. Not bad overall but for the price I expected more.

Cute restaurant but the tonkatsu ramen was pretty average. The broth missed the creaminess and instead, was very clear and soy sauce heavy. It tastes more like a Chinese noodle soup than Japanese tonkatsu ramen. The egg was also not jammy as expected. The pork belly was okay.

Had the karaage chicken and pork belly ramen. Both were fantastic! The ramen had thick cuts of tasty fatty pork. Poached egg was on point. The mushrooms and soup were flavorful. Noodles were a good texture. The atmosphere was nice. Sarah and the manager provided excellent service. Overall, had a great experience there!

Food was okay….. atmosphere and service were excellent. Karaage had very little flavor. Ordered the Miso, Spicy Chicken, and Pork Ramen in our party.
