This used to be another restaurant and I have always passed on it. I saw the reviews on the new business here. Wow, the kimchi is the best I’ve had, sushi was spot on and the Korean wings were very good! Can’t wait to get into the rest of the menu! The you man waiting tables from Japan was a great guy!

Don’t look at the restaurant name and think this is one of those Americanized Asian food restaurants. This is very authentic Japanese/Korean/Chinese food. They were one of the only few restaurants opened on Thanksgiving, and the food was just mind blowing. The owner and one of the servers are actually from Japan. They brought the chef from their other restaurant in New Jersey. We were just so surprised to see such a restaurant in ABQ with NY Asian food standard. Very impressive food, and very hospitable service. If you love Asian food and happen to be in ABQ, try this and you won’t regret.

Okay so I dream about the DanDan noodles. Seriously I’m writing this review at home because I can’t stop thinking about them. I’m already day dreaming about the next time I can go here. Everything was so good and so fresh, the noodles and dumplings are HAND MADE. It literally is magic in every bite. Be careful because once you eat here you will be wanting to go back for every meal.

If anyone out there wants some good fresh dinein or takeout, this spot is where it’s at. Definitely call in before for takeout because EVERYTHING is made to order, so definitely need to give it a minute but well worth the wait and confirmed by the butcher staff next door they get their meats from them so local and fresh! Definitely 5 stars on everything and more if I could, loved the owner super sweet lady.

The person running the front was clearly stressed and their responses to simple questions were frustrated and snappy. They said we could be seated in 15 minutes to 30 minutes to 1 hour, and takeout orders could be up 45 minutes, so we ended up leaving.
It doesn’t feel like they can manage a full house under their current conditions. It may have just been a rough night for them. Hopefully we can come dine here on better circumstances.

My first time at this restaurant and it was amazing! My husband and I used to come here for sushi when it was the previous restaurant, and they’ve done an incredible job with the renovation—it’s cute, cozy, and gives you a very pleasant dining experience.
We ordered sushi, dumplings (#10), beef soup, and orange chicken. Everything was fresh and delicious! I was a little nervous about the noodles because I usually prefer thin noodles, but they were handmade and so tasty.
I’m definitely coming back to try more dishes!
