Had not had KFC in awhile so we decided to get a bucket for lunch. As you can see in the photos it was popular with the family.
We ordered a 12 piece bucket of 1/2 original and 1/2 spicy. Both were very good but the Spicy had a bit more bite than I remembered. It was still good though.
Looking forward to ordering again soon

For the amount KFC is charging you they should at least get the order right. It was obvious they couldn’t read the receipt with the order. We didn’t get a mix of chicken. We ordered half original and half extra crispy. The chicken was drowning in grease in the bucket. They forgot how to count on the biscuits. We only received 3 instead of 4. The chicken nuggets, some of them were not even nuggets. We also ordered KFC sauce for the nuggets and got ranch instead. The customer service was friendly however attention to detail and getting a customer’s order right should be important especially when the order is close to $50. Always check you order before leaving the vicinity. We failed to do so this time! Gone downhill is putting it mildly.

Who I didn’t go out much. But I think the chicken tenders are half the width they used to be. Also they were hard outside and dry meat inside. Looks like it was fried twice.

This store has to be investigated. I ordered a 8 piece chicken (4 drum and 4 thigh) for nearly $35. The skin is soggy and greasy. Highly deem that they reheat my chicken with a microwave. It tastes more awful than Safeway or Winco’s $5 deli fried chicken, plus two of the chicken are damn RAW. Didn’t you know that raw chicken may cause decease and cost consumer to get sick or put their life in danger? What a shame. Yewwwwww the most nasty fried chicken I ever had. Microwave raw chicken for $35. Everyone get away from this place. Absolutely illegal. Even now the chicken thigh is still chirping.

They need to get more help in here. If you go inside you’re gonna be waiting a long while. They tend to cater more to drive thru. You can stand there and they look at you and just walk away. There’s never more than 2 people working. Customer service inside is absolutely horrible. Definitely needs to improve.

Love kfc but this is the first time I had to wait ten minutes for undercooked chicken for them to also not put on the sauce on the wings. I am most definitely willing for the food to be fully cooked and have their proper sauces on them. Sorry the worker’s felt the need to rush. Happy Valentines Day!

Very very nice staff , they were very busy the day I came in and they people working were still very nice and accommodating. The food quality did not suffer because they were busy and they handled the rush like pros . And I want to get the KFC bucket light they have in the dining room lol !!!!

My chicken was cooked perfectly and I only had to wait one minute in the drive through. My sauce was selected perfectly and the worker was super nice. Her teeth were kinda nasty, but she seems to love that KFC chicken as much as my kids do. Those young rascals devoured those crispy wings. The mashed potatoes were very creamy and very scrumptious.
There was one issue with the meal. The employee forgot the bag. It was very disappointing because the food fell on the floor before we could eat it. Good thing we had the five second rule, because this KFC meal was finger lickin good.
