I waited about 8–15 minutes for my chicken, and when I got my order, they didn’t even include the biscuit I paid for. The wedges were dry, stale, and honestly just complete trash. Make sure to check your bag and sides before you leave — this place clearly doesn’t. Very disappointing experience.

They gave me 12 pieces of old dried up fried chicken. Must have been fried hours before they packed it. And the biscuits were dried up and old. Just terrible food. Evidently they don’t care about what they serve their customers or about their reputation. Pure garbage served by people who don’t care about quality control. By the way, our dog got well fed with this garbage today. Best thing that could happen for the community would be for corporate to close this franchise. I felt like threw $25 away.

I ordered the 2piece breast and wing meal, got it home, sat down to eat, it was disgusting, it taste like it had been sitting there all day, lost flavor and you can taste old! I did notice there were a lot of chicken already cooked so I should’ve known better! Needless to say, I will not be back! Had to throw my whole meal in the trash!

Would NOT recommend this place at all! Waited 15 mins after walking in the door to even be waited on then when I placed my order a girl had to walk behind to pull out a tray to see if they had enough then finished my order sat and waited another 12 mins and then some guy tells us it will be another 15 mins for chicken because they didn’t have any now at this point I get shitty and he says we are really busy I said well then maybe you need to tell your boss that you guys need more help on the weekends and if the rest of my food is going to be cold I’ll be pissed! I asked how that even is when she counted before placing my order and was given no explanation! During this time two people had orders sitting and getting cold while waiting and one couple walked out after they waited 15 mins to order as well to be told there’s a 15 mins wait on chicken and the guy left them at the counter and never came back so they walked out! This is TOTALLY ridiculous and management needs to start doing something!

It took about a minute and a half for anyone to come greet me even though they looked at me when I entered. I asked how to get points on the app and worker said “I have no idea” how is that possible when they have signs encouraging us to use the app for points!

They all looked like they were miserable and could careless if anyone was dining in let alone ordering.

I visited this KFC yesterday and literally waited in the drive through 20+ minutes to receive my food. They finally gave me my food, and when I asked the cashier for more hot sauce, he handed me four packets and stated “That’s all I can give you or else I’ll have to charge you more”. In all my years of going to KFC, no one has ever stated that they would have to charge me more for hot sauce. And then you have the nerve to say this after I’ve spent $15+ on 3 pieces of chicken and 2 tiny sides, and made me wait 20+ minutes to receive it. I will not be returning to this KFC anymore. The service sucks!!!

Just picked up my order! $41.38! Fries are hard and cold!! Look at the mashed potatoes!! Photo to follow, my chicken was supposed to be extra crispy, it’s soggy and loaded with salt! This is absolutely ridiculous! Never again!!

One word DISGUSTING! Fries were very very stale chicken sandwich was pink. All the food tasted as if was cooked a day ago! Absolutely DISGUSTING and will never return again!!!! Shame on KFC! They don’t even deserve 1 star!
