For Date Night, the atmosphere was lack luster. Our server was very nice but she got two of four meals incorrect. My meal took extra time to correct. The lobster tail was over cooked and I had one fingerling potato on my plate.
If you want this monthly occasion to be extra special for the patron, you’ve got some work to do.

We had a gathering of 25 people to celebrate my grandson’s engagement on a Wednesday The restaurant was notified prior. We were assigned 1 waitress(she did the best she could). Long and short of it is we had people eating before all the others had placed their order. I was told they lost my order(I was the last to place my order)and it would be another 20 minutes for my meal. I declined due to everyone else being finished. This was 1.5hrs after we started placing our food orders. I tasted some of the others food and it was great. The planning by management and staff was undoubtedly the worst I have ever experienced. I know it doesn’t matter to the restaurant, but I’ll never go back. And I’ll surely pass the word.

My wife and I visited Twenty 7 before picking up our child from school. Olivia provided outstanding service and Jess made some great drinks. Please keep working hard on the menu and keep up the great attitudes.

I will remove my review once we all start seeing some improvements.

Please take my review as constructive criticism – because I REALLY do want this restaurant to succeed. It is just what we need in the area.

We have been waiting patiently for Twenty7 to open. Once we were able to get a social membership, we signed up right away. As with any new restaurant, we gave it some time before we visited – so the staff could get used to things, cooks got to know and perfect their menu, etc.

We have now eaten at Twenty7 several times in the past 3 months and unfortunately, the experience and service is very mediocre with each visit:
– Ticket times are too long (20-30 minutes)
– The servers do not know their own menu when asked questions.
– Forgotten items that were ordered
– Overcooked food
– No wine/spirits etiquette or knowledge
– What is the staff doing to prevent non-members from dining? Every visit, we literally walk in, get sat, and order/eat. Our member number is asked for AFTER we finish our meal (and we can pay by account or cash/card). Doesn’t seem as exclusive as it is meant to be.

Listed above is just what continues to stand out the most.

For Twenty7 to be an exclusive and members-only restaurant with premium pricing, one should expect and receive better service and knowledge overall. Right now, it is like eating at a cleaner and more expensive Taco Mac.

Again, please take the above as constructive criticism. I want this place to succeed.

Great to have such a good quality restaurant available. We came with family and everyone had a great time. The meals came out perfect. Clam chowder was a huge hit. Too bad it isn’t available every day. Chicken breast sandwich and the ahi tuna are very good. Kids meal and portion was perfect. Will be coming back.

Wow! Want a great place. Not sure where to start. Let’s start with breakfast. I love the omelets & cut potatoes and my kids love the pancakes. If you want to have a quick lunch, they have a outstanding lunch. For Dinner & drinks. Come on! You’ll love the bone in pork chops & steaks! They have 2 great bartenders to chose from as well slinging margaritas. If you’re looking for a family atmosphere & cool vibe. This is it!

1st visit a month or so ago wasn’t impressive. Food was ok, service was bad. Ordered the waffle and they brought it out with no syrup. I asked for syrup. Server never came back with it and was too busy with her other tables. I wasted 10 min of our brunch standing at the bar trying to syrup and butter while my food was getting cold…
Tried brunch again today. Waffle came with syrup this time which I will take as a win. But our “well done” bacon came out still oinking. We asked for it to be cooked some more. Then it came out black and burnt to a crisp. Unfit to eat. Toast was also black and burnt so we had to ask for more toast. Service was better, but food sucked. Giving 2 stars because we liked the waffle, fruit and chicken biscuit. But won’t be coming back. For this to be such a high class neighborhood, it’s sad that I would rather have Waffle House.

Excellent lunch yesterday! Best Cobb salad ever and the $9 soup and salad is a bargain. Rayna, Courtney and A.J. are wonderful! Rayna greeted us by name at the door after only one other encounter with us. A special place!! Diana Powell
