Hands down, best breakfast sandwich around! Latte is a bit bitter than what I’m used to, but overall decent flavor and aroma. I was actually shocked at the prices, especially for this area. A breakfast sandwich with generous portion of fresh cooked egg with diced peppers, ham, and cheese for under $5 in 2024?? The 16oz latte has 4shots of espresso compared to other cafes that basically just add milk with each increasing size, but espresso shots remain at 2 or 3 regardless. If this wasn’t so far from me, I would add this to my small list of spots I frequent. You can enjoy a nice meal while working remote, without breaking the bank.

Super cool space. Happy to see Upper Cup expanding! Friendly staff, delicious (and not-too-sweet) iced mocha and breakfast sandwich with turkey! And the only person working was nice enough to make me food when the kitchen was minutes from closing. Recommended for anyone looking for a chill spot for great coffee and sandwiches. Looks like they have a large pastry selection earlier in the day. I will be back! ☺️

Really enjoyed this place! They have great coffee and sandwiches for a good price. Two coffees and two sandwiches for about $15 total. There is a huge, free parking garage next door which is very convenient. I’m really glad we tried this place!

This place is marvelous!!!!! The best breakfast sandwiches!!! And absolutely lovely staff! They are so sweet. This coffee shop also has a fantastic vibe of rich culture and art. Such a unique experience. And lots of choices for coffee and the prices are so reasonable. I really loved the celebration of black history month decorating the walls

Funky coffee shop in a nice area. At the time of writing this, the place is currently going through an interior wall paint update and the new colors are nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
This location is big with many places to sit and plenty of outlets to work or study. The coffee is good and their prices for food is very decent. The art all over the place is interesting and confusing at the same time. Free wifi is always a big plus for coffee shops. This is a good choice to get your coffee fix!

This place is wonderful! Typically coffee is coffee to me, but they made easily the best iced caramel latte I have ever had! Smooth, well balanced and reasonably priced – I will definitely be back.
Also it seems most of the their tables have two or more outlets well within reach of them, making it a great option for people looking to get some work done. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been a customer of Upper Cup for years now (downtown location). Gahanna location has a very similar atmosphere. Prices are good, food is good, and the workers are very warm and nice. I like the ham sandwich and just black coffee. It’s a nice place to hang.

Went for coffee on a Saturday morning and stayed for a couple of hours. Great coffee with many options of origin and roast. Comfortable atmosphere. Nice staff. Order and pay at counter, pick up when called, bus own table. Didn’t try the baked goods, but they looked delicious and sold out. Sandwiches also available and didn’t try, but seemed popular. Cool place.
