Omg where do I start the lady was so rude behind the counter. We went as a group and we all got the nachos we were excited about and they ruined that experience. We tried to add stuff nothing could be added. They said they have to charge for salt and pepper. Second I asked for chips and chicken not to heated up together she said they couldn’t do that. My thing is even if you couldn’t do any of that it’s the way you say it!

I’m disabled and in a wheelchair and the Hattiesburg Clinic transporters push me to the Subway sandwich shop. While there the Subway team assist me by helping me get a table. They also get my drink for me and help me clean up my mess. The girls are respectful and always service with a smile. The shop is always clean and furniture in place. They all do a great job. When I’m ready to go they call for a transporter to come get me and always say come back and see us soon and thank me for my business even though they take on a chore to assist me. Love this place and will be back in a few days.

poor customer service , workers where vaping & talking over food & they also had one person making food while the other 2 where standing around looking , oven warmer dropped on floor & one of the workers picked it up & still put my sandwich on it , i wouldn’t recommend eating here & fountain machine is disgusting

Located inside Hattiesburg Main Clinic, it’s extremely convenient to run by and grab a sandwich, chips, a drink and a couple of cookies when you have to pick up meds or see the Dr. The service was very good and quick.
