My husband and I went in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. We got their hot – N – ready pizza. The pizza itself was decent, and we had no trouble with the staff. Our biggest complaint, honestly, was the price of the extra garlic dipping sauce.

My comment keeps being removed but I ordered a pizza from here last night and was very concerned with the management and the service of this place. Our pizza sat on the side for over 10 minutes after being told it was still in the oven while other people received their orders. Once the pizza was finally given to us it wasn’t cut at all just sitting in the box…. We went back in to get the pizza cut and the customer service was just a 0/10. Once we got home we noticed the pizza literally had 0 sauce on it. Like whoever made the pizza just added toppings to the crust with no sauce and a bunch of Parmesan. Clovis (the manager) this day wanted us to drive 40 mins to bring the pizza back in order to receive a refund which was very ridiculous from a customers perspective. They do not care about the quality of your order or the quality of service here!!

I come here regularly. The service is always great and the food consistent. Special shout out to Clovis, who is always incredibly friendly and attentive. He will say hello the second you walk in even if he is busy in the back. He provides updates as you are waiting for your order and is always incredibly polite to everyone.

They have gotten outrageous with the prices a hot and ready was 6 and change but if I added one topping it ended up being $12 which is absurd then I got some bread sticks which for 6 something and they want it almost over two dollars for a cup of marinara sauce so if you buy bread sticks you don’t get the marinara sauce for free like you do everywhere else they’re just they’re charging for everything everything they’re outrageous and you know this franchise makes more than enough money to be charging that much money for some marinara sauce they definitely need to look into that that’s crazy the lady taking my order was very nice but they seriously need to rethink their prices because that’s ridiculous that’s greed right there but that seems to be to me.

A solid location. Good parking. Seem relatively properly staffed, but they could add a worker during busy times for better speed and service, not at all related the individuals working the shift I observed. Kudos to everyone doing their jobs and doing the their best to get an impressive number of pizzas out the door.
Chic-fil-A seems to have no trouble keeping an alternatively astonishing number of employees on shift, and the speed/service difference is palpable.

I dont know if it’s inflation or if little Caesars is experiencing budget cuts but the pizza from this joint is about as dry as the Sahara Desert. Did they run out of sauce, or are they cutting back? I don’t think I’ve ever ordered a pizza and got bread cheese and pepperoni with no pizza sauce. I ate three slices and couldn’t finish the rest. The best thing from here is the cherry Pepsi that they DONT make. Im surprised my wifes wings came with BBQ sauce. One can only assume that was an accident as the last comment is the same complaint as mine. As well as my 25-30min. wait instead of the 10-15min. wait that was said. Won’t be ordering cardboard pizza from here anymore.

Every single time i come in here my order is wrong its never right i place my order in person i explain my order in detain to the manager and twice and still its wrong wait times have even been passed an hour for pizza and or mistakes they try to fix. for add on’s and for extras i pay for and for extra toppings don’t even waste your money here i paid 50$ for extra toppings just to see what it would look like because i knew the staff here would cheat me out of my money and they messed the food up i was so upset I refuse to even us the location i travel further out to hard road location better results / service

Stupid little girl double charged for $20 twice for a total of $40 dollars for 2 cheese pizzas. And I explained to her that the first payment went through she just didn’t see because she wanted to run to the back to laugh and giggle. So she comes back and rings the order up again when I explained to her it went through and said success on her terminal. Then I show her my statement and she stills makes me pay in cash for the second order when I showed her her mistake. Terrible service
