We are vegetarians and had a pleasant dining experience at Suvai Indian Restaurant. We ordered crispy corn chili, garlic naan, chili garlic naan, and paneer butter masala. The paneer butter masala was rich and flavorful, and the naans were a highlight — especially the chili garlic naan, which was thin, soft, lightly crisp, and easy to eat.
The hospitality was very good. Ankit served us and was attentive throughout the meal. What we really appreciated was that after the meal, they genuinely asked for feedback and were open to suggestions and improvement, which says a lot about their commitment to quality.
The ambience felt refreshed, and overall it was a satisfying vegetarian dining experience.
Would recommend trying it if you’re in the area.

By far the best Indian cuisine in Western Maryland! Every dish is prepared to perfection and full of flavor. The staff have been exceptional, every time we’ve com here. Don’t be fooled, from the outside the restaurant appears small, but is spacious inside and just as grand for comfortable family and friends dining. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Always enjoy our time at Suvai. Food is delicious and service is great. Ankit is always attentive and super friendly. We come often and he always remembers what we like. I love the food but particularly come because my 10 year old loves the dosas. Highly recommend dosas, tawa fish, fish 65, paneer 65 and the boneless chicken Biriyani. We love that we live so close to Suvai!

I have originally always enjoyed food here. It used to be our go-to place for India food. However I have observed the place degrade on its quality of food. To top it off I received some flies along with my chicken biryani order recently. Highly disappointing. I now cannot unsee this and contemplate about the hygiene within the kitchen

The food here is amazing everytime, its super rich in flavor and has an amazing blend of flavor and spice. Their naan is perfectly cooked and always pairs great with the curries. The service here is great and the people are very nice. I highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner.

I had dinner here with family and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had a few chicken dishes (Saag, butter, biriyani) and appetizers(cauliflower 65 and Manchurian shrimp) and the food was all delicious and timely. Kind staff and attentive service. This is now our go-to for Indian food in the Frederick area!

Great find, this place serves freshly cooked chicken unlike other places. There is a wait involved. Try chicken tandoor, it’s out of this world. Chana masala, biryani and chicken 65 did not disappoint either. Most importantly you don’t feel heavy after eating since the food is neatly made and fresh. Will definitely come again.

Excellent food, incredibly fast service, and kind and attentive wait staff. Our server Annu was very kind and explained the menu items well. The chicken 65 is tender and perfectly spiced, and the biryani was tantalizing. Also a plus- fantastic Indian beer selection. Definitely stop by here if in the area!!!
