This is about the 5th time ive ordered and the consistency is quite impressive. They haven’t missed extra sauces and call when they’re out of soda you wanted to offer a replacement which too many places just dont care and send whatever so im super appreciative of that. Very good job from this location.

Went to the store to pick up my order of cinnamon sticks and even though the order said it was ready, it was not. The staff was impolite and acted like they couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. I stood there for 5 minutes I acknowledged even though three staff members saw me. Once I was helped they were very short with me. The space itself wasn’t the cleanest and the food wasn’t worth it. The cinnamon sticks were pretty crummy. Not going to visit again.

Terrible experience, made an order last week they end up sending it through Uber. Took about an hour to get here. Everything is solid cold wrong order on the wings as well. Then I called to make a complaint manager tells me would you like to reimburse your money or put this in credit for next time you order I said, put it on Credit, then when I call they say no memory of this. Smh.

I placed my order at 5:40pm and at 6:40pm I still did not receive my pizza. I called and the two personnel I spoke to at this location was not so kind. The last time I ordered at this location the pizza arrived cold and now it never showed up and they didn’t even offer any type of compensation. So I requested a full refund and order my Pizza at Domino’s instead! FYI the service at Domino’s is much nicer!

I ordered off DD then called the store bc the app doesn’t allow you to add a BBQ sauce drizzle upon calling the first woman who answered didn’t even allow me to complete my sentence before telling me to “contact DoorDash.” I called back again and the second woman was equally rude and told me they cannot add anything because I ordered off of DoorDash. After a bit of back and forth she finally agreed to my request of course when I finally received my order there was no BBQ drizzle.

They use door dash to deliver so if you have a problem with your delivery your out of luck. If i had known that i would have just ordered on door dash. My dasher stopped somewhere for like 20 minutes and claimed she couldnt find my place although she found it two minutes after i told her she had to come.

I ordered three items. My large pizza was supposed to have the crispy cup pepperoni, and they put regular pepperoni on it. That cup pepperoni was the only reason I ordered from here. They also couldn’t be bothered to cut my cheese bread.

The food was cold, barely any toppings on the pizza, the cheese was barely melted on the cheese sticks… Food wasn’t the best the last couple of times I ordered. I’ll never order from here again.

Missing basil pesto drizzle on pizza. Spicy garlic wings, arrived as regular garlic Parmesan wings. So disappointed. When we called to complain, the girl on the phone stated she could not do anything about it.
