Maple Valley late night Monday, these two lovely girls were amazing! Friendly, happy and pleasant to chat with. Ok, mostly the girl at the window, however she is who I mostly dealt with. It was so nice to hear a happy voice while ordering food and answering questions sweetly, the belt was squealing on my car causing embarrassing noises but she just ignored it. These two awesome girls made me fresh French fries since it was late, I parked and waited for my fresh hot delicious food, if there’s any way they get a chance to know, I always appreciate someone else making my meals but when it comes with a positive smiling face it’s so much better!

Just sat in line for 20 mins. Only 1 car if front of me and she only ordered 2 items. Needs more or better staffing.

Hi i going there in drive thru and order meal he did ask me which drink or what size you want and i also order two sweet and sour but they ignore it when i am going to pick i again ask that gut for sweet and sour but they give ketchups i dont know why there employee is so lazy and do not greeting good there coustmer i feel i they doing so unprofessional work

Place sucks. Takes 10x too long in drive through. Almost 20 mins for a plain burger and fries. Close down already.

I’ve come to this location for almost a decade and never had an issue. Everyone is always friendly and the food is always fresh. This past Sunday 3/30/25 we came through and the greeting was positive and they took the order correctly. St the window the manager was coaching her employees and even encouraged them and said they were doing a good job. That’s enlightening to hear. The food was so fresh we had to wait to eat as it was really hot.

This location is no good… One day had to wait 15 minute at drive through speaker with no visible cars in front of me to give them my mobile order number. No less then 3 cars pulled up behind me to wait, and then backed up and left. Another day online took my order and the store was closed with three employees inside during business hours. And today see picture, where is the egg? Smaller then a slice of cheese… Disapointing

Employees are treated bad .when they clean the ice cream machine they put the ice cream in a bucket then put it back in the machine after they clean it,very gross.this place needs a new manager dorkothey is not a good manager at alllllll poor management non consistent.people always complaining about the wait time it’s not the employees it’s poor management

Took a half hour (not fast food) to get our food. The cook had to come out to take my husband’s order. They didn’t give us our fries, gave my son extra chicken nuggets instead of a cookie, and my coke is flat. This was my first (and last) time visiting this location.
