Come from out of town occasionally and sometimes want to stop to pick up a pizza or breadsticks for on the drive home. Last 3 times there was never anything ready and would take 20-25 minutes. Last time was told that they only do hot n ready after 6 pm to cut costs. Need to change your advertising if you arent going to honor it. Third times the charm and will never be stopping by here again

I ordered a pizza with onions, but instead, they put olives on it. I hate olives, and when I called to get it fixed, they refused to give me a refund or do any sort of coupon or anything. The staff was rude and acted like it was my fault they messed up the order and then hung up on me. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back. If you can’t get a simple order right or provide decent customer service, what’s the point? One star!

I had an issue with a young lady today around 7:30 Pm. She refused to sell me the Pizza because She stated that the $50 bill was too large. I explained to her that I had a $50 bill, two $5’s, and a $1. Which means that, I provided her with $11 worth of smaller bills, that way she won’t have to worry about change as an issue when processing my transaction. I told her that I can help her understand the math involved, so that I can be on my way to feeding my hungry children. All I got in return was lip service, asking me if I had $18 in the most condescending way. She needs get receive further training on how to treat her customers. I was appalled with her overall demeanor. I had to have at least ordered 500 times from Little Caesars. Never have I ever dealt with a situation like this.
