Visited this place 8-11-2025. Heard a lot about it from a few people so i decided to try for myself. When I walked in I was greeted by the patrons. Particularly Jose and Kevin. I love when bars have that old school Chicago feel, so nostalgic to me. Had the bar tender Dawn pour me a couple of stiff drinks 2 tequila and pineapples Casadores and spent $10 . You have to go to the window yourself in order to request the food you want and pay. I had the bbq and buffalo wings and a large mushroom pizza since it was half price on Monday’s. I must say the pizza was just a bit above mid to me. Cooked the way I like it but I asked for well done, however the wings were the star of the show for me. Good batter and good sauce. I ordered 6 and they allowed me to do half and half. The bar itself is relatively small, 6 slot machines and 4-5 tables plus the bar. There is also outdoor seating, they have bags, and a sand lot for volley ball. All in all a really good neighborhood spot, I felt welcomed and appreciated. I will definitely be back soon.

Called to place an order for a small pizza for delivery for my little brother at 5:27 pm on December 16th and they told me it would arrive within 40-45 minutes so after 45 minutes passed I called to see if they were almost here and the guy told me that the delivery driver had just gotten there and it would be another 20 minutes. After telling my mom what he said she said to call back and cancel the order which I did and the guy told me okay it’s canceled what kind of customer service is that no apologies what so ever if he would’ve been honest with us since the beginning we would’ve picked it up ourselves. This is the first time we experienced rudeness from franks pizza and we’ve been coming here for almost 3 years.

Went here for the third time eating from here. First time it was good every other time after that went downhill. The past 2 other visits they forgot about our order. Most recent visit they told me 25 min over the phone . Got there they didn’t even start on our food yet they barely had printed out the receipt to start order. Waited an extra 20 min for the food. During that process of waiting i witnessed employees packing and cutting pizza with their bare hands and some pizzas sitting partially on the counter that they moved back on to the plate with their hands. Not coming back again.

Great pizza. Good service. Awful crowd. There was a short wannabe gangster who continuously invaded our space. He was redirected by the bartender multiple times. He was kicked out and the police were threatened to be called. Some guy grabbed a bat and threatened him. If this is the crowd who goes in there, I do not recommend it.

We went there to watch the football game on Saturday & Monday!!! The atmosphere was very comfortable, and everyone was friendly. It’s a nice place to hang out!!! You can even bring the family to play volleyball, corn hole, pool and etc. They even had a dart team playing on Monday!!! Will be going back. Pizza is delicious!!! Very cheesy!!!

Service was amazing, the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly, with staff and other customers ! Even if you’re coming in for pizza the regulars treat you like family the moment they see you, will recommend the pizza! If there was more stars I’d use them!
