Hands down the best service. Jamie, Kasey, Zach, Isaac, and the rest of the crew have been outstanding. We are not even local, yet they knew our names the second time we walked in, and managed to memorize our individual orders. Starbucks feels like our second home because of WHO is behind the counter. I will never forget the experience I had here while passing through Blue Ridge.

They were fabulous! We stopped in a little bit before closing. We did not know they were closing soon. They were very patient and very helpful. I could not remember how I normally get my drink. They made suggestions and fixed me the best drink!

Terrible prioritization at this location. We walked in to find seven employees working, yet the counter was completely ignored in favor of the drive-through. While the staff seemed to have plenty of time to joke around and socialize with each other, they didn’t acknowledge us standing at the register for several minutes. We then waited another 10+ minutes for a simple coffee and croissant that never came. When I asked for an update, the staff was defensive and rude rather than helpful. We eventually left without our food. Unprofessional and poorly managed.

The staff is great here at this location. Seems like they are a very busy store and need more staff to help with the overflow. I was at one point a customer that came everyday for that coffee but it has not been the same. The consistency of the coffee made is never the same way. When placing orders some get it right and some don’t so i stopped going as much but ordered a drink the other day and again had specific instructions but was still made wrong and the lobby was closed due to a meeting of some sort. I spent 8$ for a drink to be made wrong.

I ordered an iced vanilla cream protein latte with protein milk and cold foam. I paid extra for the protein. I GOT NEITHER. Had to get a new drink just to get the cold foam and checked to get protein since I paid for it and they gave me sweet cream cold foam and 2% milk.

Had a wonderful experience today. I walked up to the counter and was greeted promptly. I placed my order, gave my name and sat down with my friend. My order was delivered to me at our table with a smile. I didn’t have to get up and go to the counter to pick it up. How nice!!!

I have to admit I wasn’t expecting a lot when I came in and grabbed a coffee with my partner. Starbucks hasn’t really been consistent for me in a long time and I was used to that.. However, today around 2pm, I was blown away by excellent service from an unknown girl working behind the register. She was blonde and wearing a face mask, I was personally flustered from my crazy morning but she helped me make a drink that was an absolute 10/10 and made my day a little better. You are true barista, whoever you are, you are very talented, and also I didn’t get to thank you for the drink and the cute message on the side of the cup. “Thanks a latte”.

This Starbucks is awesome! The staff is friendly and quick with your drink and they always get it right. I also appreciate the design of the place and the layout. The furniture is the newest design that Starbucks has. Makes for an easy place to meet or get some work done.
