We wanted to support a more locally owned business, but clearly the owner doesn’t care anymore. Just received a DoorDash order, and the 20oz RedEye we ordered only came with the espresso shots. The rest of the cup was just air. Received less of a DD credit than the overpriced coffee cost. Attempted to call the store, because Google provided a phone number. Nothing. Messaged on Facebook just to let them know the frustration of not having received any communication from the store at all. They could have just refunded that item knowing they are OUT OF BREWED COFFEE, as they have refunded items on my doordash orders before with zero communication when they were out of syrups, before the order was even picked up. Also informed them we already got the credits back. Clearly, based on their response, they simply do not care. This store needs to just close, or the new owners need to take over already.

Everytime we hit Marshfield Bigby since the lady with the colored hair left has been TERRIBLE. Either they make the wrong drink (happened more than once) or they are out of syrups and cant make the drink. New management please or shut’r down. On a side note..id rather go there than starbucks or 7brew but lately Starbucks in marshfield has been our best friend.

This place is really going downhill. A bit of a wait but overall I enjoy the coffee so I didn’t mind. Recently it seems like everytime I go they’re either missing something or mess up the order. The coffee hasn’t tasted the same and the balance of flavors is all out of wack. My husband went today to grab us breakfast and not only did they not have cream cheese for the bagels they didn’t have eggs either. They also don’t have the correct lids for their own cups. You’d expect a company to provide these things especially for the prices they charge and the tips they ask for everytime you pay.

Bigby is considered a customer service job, correct? Well, theirs is horrible. I only have went to bigby for the bragel sandwiches, but when someone opens the window without a smile, tells you how much you owe and proceeds to say “you want to leave a tip” in the RUDEST way you don’t want to go back! I’ve never met a nice/friendly bigby employee and it’s very concerning. No wonder why the business is going downhill. Also, not to mention the sandwhich took longer than 10 mins to make with NO ONE ELSE IN LINE. And!!!! it was sloppy. 0/5 stars if i could.

I went here this morning I ordered a maple waffle SANDWICH and all I got was the waffle nothing in it. I also ordered a braggel and there close to nothing in it as well. The girl in drive through was so quote I didn’t hear her and she began to become rude and the wait omg, the drive through was empty. Also they forgot ab one my drinks when I clearly said it. Terrible customer service and the rudeness was crazy. Go to Starbucks instead!

wow, that was bad. waited 30 minutes for our drinks while three other people came in and ordered and got their drinks. cars were waiting in the drive thru and staff had no idea. they said they were really busy but we could see all eight people they had served and the high schoolers working there just stood around talking. all hail 7 brew.

Update: Unfortunately when you put a review on Google the owner of the store can reply and say a bunch of lies about you. I have added some of the pictures I have sent Biggby in the past that are the supposed ones I drank most of and then complained. The point of the picture was to show the huge chunks of ice in the bottom which shouldn’t be in a blended coffee. A few others were of thick slush at the bottom that we weren’t able to drink. I also included a nice comment a barista made to me. There is a screen shot of my dog that Biggby posted on their Facebook. It was actually a video of my dog going crazy about going to Biggby because they all loved her and gave her pup cups. What the owner said about me was unprofessional and lies. She sent me several messages on my messenger threatening me. I had to call the police because she had me so rattled. I have never had an issue with any employee. When my dad was alive he used to order a “Nancy and a Susan” and got the biggest kick out of them knowing our drinks. *end update* I have been a Biggby customer for years. I prefer their coffee over any other coffee shop. I have seen it go through different owners and management. Of course when you are a customer for as long as I have been you are bound to see the good and bad. Recently I saw the ugly. My mom and I have been frequent customers of Biggby especially during Covid and after that as a break from the demands of her having an ill husband and me from having an autistic and severely anxious son. We really enjoyed our time together and our Biggby frozen drinks. Yesterday we went to the restaurant and did our normal order. We got up to the window and paid and gave a tip as we always do. We ask for a receipt for our savings apps. My mom noticed the receipt said no whip or garnish on one of the drinks. I kept peering in the window to flag a barista down. No one in sight. I am disabled so I took my rubber cane tip and tapped on the window. I didn’t want to do that hard so I tapped a little harder on the metal shelf. I got a baristas attention and waved her over. I explained that the order on the receipt was wrong and wanted to let her know so that they didn’t have to fix the order. No issues…drive on our way. When we got to our next stop I noticed a message from Biggby. The owner accused me of using a stick like object to bang on her place of business. I couldn’t believe what I was reading. As a result of that, I was banned from her business forever. I didn’t nothing wrong and was instantly accused of banging on her business. Couldn’t be further from the truth. I went home and cried because of how I was accused and spoken to. She took away something that my mom and I have shared as a special time together especially since my dad died in January. Yes, there are other coffee shops. I just wanted to let people know what kind of person the owner is. She then tried to deface me on Facebook accusing me of not being accepting of the Pride movement. That is absolutely not true as I have close relatives who are gay and transgender. If you are not in agreement with her beliefs and views, apparently you will be blocked. Anyway, the coffee is usually really good. The inside atmosphere is a bit loud with the music, and so many of the baristas over the years have been super! However, a bunch of the good ones quit when the current owner bought the place. Because I was banned for nothing I did wrong, I give this Biggby a big thumbs down.

I’m being nice because I just left church, but I didn’t really think it was that hard to be decent to a customer when they’re trying to make an order. I guess that’s what happens when you have snobby teenagers running a drive though. Too bad biggby has fallen into false advertising by not being able to make the 7$ meal deal and not having a button for it? But it was nice to sit on my phone for 10 minutes while my wife waited for her bagel. At least your iced chai isn’t bad.
