The fries weren’t filled to where they should be, the mozzarella sticks tasted like they used 3 week old grease, there was so little meat on the sandwich, it barely qualified as a sandwich. It definitely wasn’t worth the money. Now the person taking my order was perfect Cheyenne did get the order right and nothing was missing. I understand this is fast food but I could’ve gotten a better meal at McDonald’s.

So the food was good and they had some special offers that were nice also. However, we had to pull up in the drive thru and wait for our food. So we wait and wait, it took 24 minutes for them to bring our food out. I guess they haven’t figured out “fast food” yet.

Twice, I have ordered the Italian sub. Combo, and the first time it was in the evening, and the curly fries tasted like they sat there All day and the Italian sub was ice cold with this order. Afterwards I did not feel good at all. And I’m not sure why the second time I ordered. The box of curly fries was halfway full, The mozzarella sticks tasted like they were under the warmer throughout the day. Also, the cheese was really thick to the point of choking on it when trying to eat it and again the Italian sub was ice cold. It didn’t even get warm or lukewarm. I think that will be my last trip. Because it’s pricey, and this is the second time now. My order has been mess up to the point where it ends up getting thrown away.

I had placed a fairly large order around 9 pm, the lid for my drink handed to me through the drive through wasn’t fully secure and the drink spilled all down my sleeve, and the staff member instead of saying sorry proceeded to just tell me to let go of the drink so they could presumably put the lid on secure. They also didn’t offer me any napkins to wipe up my arm and sleeve, and let me sit in their drive through while they proceeded to make my order. I would’ve appreciated Atleast some napkins.

Ordered 2 jalapeno sliders. No jalapenos on either. Ordered a half pound Arby’s. Half the meat was shaved really weird like. Not like you normally get on a sandwich. Tasted different. 2 on food. Service was good though. No bell ring for these sandwiches.

The staff is always really rude. They almost always mess up our order and our sandwiches are always insanely messy just sauce everywhere or if you order like Curly fries it’s never just the curly fries. There’s always some other fried good in there With it I also tell them I don’t want the receipt every single time and they always hand me the receipt anyways I don’t think even once I have had a zero problem order through these guys it’s ridiculous.
