I am sad to write this but this Chipotle location has been a let down. They took a loyal customer and ruined the relationship. I used to eat Chipotle weekly when I lived in Dallas. Was super happy when this one opened then reality set in from week one. The service is horrible. They are super skimpy on the meat portion sizes. They have mischarged me twice now. This single location has me on timeout with the whole franchise. I don’t think I will be back to this location ever again this was the 3rd strike.

Ordered for six, only had two in front of us. Total time from entry to food, 10 minutes. Food was hot with fire and medium plus spicy heat. When I asked for a little sour cream, no problem. (That dairy helps soothe the burn.

Edited: to add I went in today to see if things have gotten better. Went through the drive and ordered ahead. The girl at the window who was very rude again. Asked my name basically threw my food out and walked away and closed the door! They’re going to run this establishment to the ground with their attitude issues and the way they treat their customers.
Went into this location for the first time today. The manager was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for the honey chipotle chicken. Today was the last day. They didn’t have it made. She started speaking Spanish thinking I guess because I’m white I couldn’t understand her. Newsflash I speak Spanish. She told the cook to go ahead and make enough for one bowl. And rolled her eyes again. The cashier was very nice though. The sign for the honey chicken is still up. I recommend management learning how to communicate properly and lose their poor attitude.

This location has been objectively awful. Always out of something, skimping on what you order (especially if you put an order in), and the employees don’t appear to want to be there either. I’d suggest tearing it down and replacing it with something ran by somebody who can actually run a business.

This place is always dirty. The order line is always nasty from serving food and no cleans up after themselves. When I get my bowl of food. Its nasty from being dragged along the counter top covered with food scraps. The staff doesn’t maintain the seating area as well. I ended up having to clean my own table to sit and eat. The staff is just plain sloppy and need some training on service.

This location seems short on staff. Food was okay, ate outside so the atmosphere was good. Unable to use gift cards because the system is always down or staff doesn’t know how to run them. Maybe the second location can do better.
