This is my morning stop most morning.
This morning there was elderly woman in line buying bagels and a drink, she spent $20.00
The elder asked for a sip 9f water for her elder husband to take his meds. The young man behind the counter said, it would cost .50 cents, the elder said 50 cents for a sip of water, the young man said it not my fault for the cost of the cup!
The elder said, I’d just spent $20.00 the young man said it’s corporate fault, for the cup to put the water in, she said in return, all I need is a sip of water.
The elder went and told her husband she didn’t have water for him.
I’d paid the .50 cents after what I’d wetness. I ordered the water like the elderly ordered, the young man brought a full cup of fountain water with ice, after telling him twice to only put a little water in the cup with no ice! He was very upset and stomped away and had a ugly face looking at me.
Is this how you treat elder people in America. How paper cups are throwing away, if the staff makes mistakes on coffee orders, but, complaining about a 50 cents cup, I’m sure Tim Horton cups aren’t 50 cents each when buying.

Ordered hot cocoa, coffee, cinnamon role and an old fashioned donut. The pastries were very fresh and melted in your mouth; not disappointed in that. The drinks were average in my opinion.

Whoever worked the drive thru window today at 3:00, I had to not only repeat my order 4 times.. but the lady with the longer dark hair was very rude to inform me that if I wanted my cookies in a box, I would have to pay for the box.. which is crazy because I never have this issue ever.

I just went through the drive through of this Tim Hortons and there were no cars in front of me. The entire transaction took less than 4 minutes and I ordered 4 items. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and nice. I have no complaints about anything at this Tim Hortons.

I come here often for Iced Capps. They make them consistently good. Ranging from dark to medium in color, but the thickness is usually the same every time I order. This location allows orders from the Tim’s app.

Their prices are higher than other Tim Hortons in the area. When ordering combos, the discounts don’t apply. If you want a sandwich, drink and chips for around $15, go for it. See pictures. $4 more for the same thing!

This morning after I have to wait 33 minutes to get coffee and Oreos iced cup , they gave me iced mocha coffee , I still take it because I don’t want to set and argue with them , but my Suggestion is : this place needs a new Management to run the place how it should be like other Tim Hortons or it will be out of business very soon , every time I go I have to wait in line at least 20 minutes because of short stuff and only one or two people who work inside , a lot of Customers leave because of the long waiting time , also they are closed inside for same reason ( short stuff ) . I really hope they hired new management to run this place better way .

I used to frequent Tim hortons on the way to work often. It’s been a few years now. Was excited to grab a quick bite this morning.
I am very displeased on the food quality and price. It costed 18$ for 2 breakfast meals. The hash browns were inedible. The sandwiches were less than to be desired. We threw the hash browns out after one bite. They had a weird twang to them and were almost like they were left in the warmer since yesterday morning. Next time, I’ll go next door to Leo’s and get a fresh breakfast made to order and probably save $5.00. Also one sandwich I ordered no cheese came with cheese. I will not go back.
