It’s no longer KFC; it’s now WNB Factory. The wings are delicious. I tried the Mango Habernaro, I highly recommend it if you like a little heat; I also tried the Hot Teriyaki, it too is very tasty with a little heat. Their onion rings are very good too. The Double Double Steakburger is monstrous, recommend the pretzel bun. Will definitely be back!

Once again a horrible experience. I gave the lady my order and was asked to pull up. There were 3 cars ahead of me and I waited 10 minutes in that time the line did not move so I pulled off I don`t have time for such poor service.
Update: food is never an issue here and service has gotten better as of late so two stars instead of one.
Update: Food was horrible at least a day old the one good thing has now gone by the wayside.

Was there today, 12/23/17 around noon. No line at the drive thru. The person was pleasant and helpful.
Once I pulled up to the pickup window, there was about a 3 minute wait to get my order which was rather large and had a special request. The lady was quite pleasant and wished me Merry Christmas as I took my order.
Upon arriving home, everything was hot, fresh, and correct. My only complaint was that the chicken could have been cooked a little longer. The extra crispy pieces were anything but. The skin was very fatty and chewy. That was a downer. Otherwise, the meal was great and the service at the drive thru was all you could ask for.

I frequent this store ALOT on my lunch breaks (atleast 3-4 times a week) and have been a persistent customer for approximately 2 years now. These last couple of weeks there has been 2 young ladies that have done nothing but gave excellent customer service as I have dined other customers as well. I want to say their names are Mary and Aj if not sorry. They are always so nice and pleasant and I have seen definitely much better service than what I have gotten in the past. My order is always correct hot and fresh. I’m not sure what you have done tese j0last couple of weeks but I can tell you the experience is much better.

Excellent service and quality. Drive-thru line was long so it took a few min, but once i got to the window food was ready in just a couple moments, made correct, and delicious. Staff was friendly and apologetic for wait. $5 fill up meals, fairly priced quick lunch.

The time for drive through took about 30 min and that was with two cars in front of me….After sitting in line I finally made to the the speaker where I had to sit another 10 minutes before I was asked for my order. Upon placing my order which was two Pot Pies I was told I would have to sit another 10 minutes because they only had one available. I drove off….this place needs to be under new managreement.

Every time I come to this KFC I have a great experience, tonight just proved how awesome it is. I love this KFC! I went in tonight November1, 2020 and had amazing service! The drive thru was packed and with only 3 workers they were rocking it! I had my order ready to go within minutes! The staff were very friendly even though they had a huge rush! Kudos to you all!
