Sooo Went to order at 8:00 was told it was going to be a 45 minute wait for 1 hot and ready pizza By Natalie was told online orders were more important than walk ins and then ordered on the app and got it in 20 minutes called another store and it was opposite hmmm…trying to close 2 hours early……hmm okay

Natalie needs to be a big boss in charge! She goes above and beyond from running to the ovens to answering phones to cashing out customers. She’s worth 3 employees in one. Can always count on my order being done correctly with my special requests. Only complaint I wish the store was bigger so we could enjoy pizza inside!

Unacceptable service. They forgot to add items to the order, then refused to make it right. We were told to bring the pizza back after they messed up three separate times. No accountability and no effort to fix their mistake.

I’ve been a fan of this store for some time now. My original picture was taken in 2019 and it still stands true today! The quality and efficiency of this store far surpasses most Little Caesars in Pennsylvania. They do everything in their power to make sure that your order is ready and fresh as soon as you get it! I’ve actually have been witness to somebody being handed their food, then, dropped it on the floor because of their own error, and Little Caesars remade all of their food, at no extra cost. I would agree that the parking at this particular location could be better, but really, it couldn’t be. Given where they’re located and how the roads are situated, there really is no room for improvement. However, right across the street is a Burger King and directly next door is a plaza that has plenty of parking and normally is closed after 5:00. I don’t recommend you park there long, but long enough to get your order.

More often than not, the cheese is burned on the pizza. The kiosk is convenient, but not when you have to ask for a less burned pizza, and you have to wait.
