So excited they opened an Uptown location! You can pick your food up through a window if you’re in a hurry or dine it. There’s seating indoors and outdoors. The cookies and cream milkshake is amaaaazing! Love the burgers here too!

Smashburgers: your days are numbered. Ace No. 3 serving two 1/4lb patties per burger, respectfully with rizz, on soft buns that can handle the beef.

Ace #3 is a great place to grab a quick bite. Burgers, fries and shakes. All the bases covered. Be sure to add pickles and jalapenos to your burger. Both are made in house, the jalapenos are especially delicious. I would buy a jar if they sold them. They are thinly sliced, a little sweet with great heat.

Ace has become my go-to spot for burgers in Charlotte, especially someone with Celiac. The staff always make sure to confirm that it’s an allergy and handle my food with care. I’ve never had a single reaction, and the gluten free buns are thick but tasty!
My friends and I arrived for the opening and found the staff to be friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The space is smaller than the other Ace locations, but that’s expected for an uptown spot. They do have outside seating, and even a to go window so you don’t have to go into the restaurant to get your order.
I’ve visited two locations in Charlotte and this location was above and beyond the best I’ve had. I’m not sure what was changed, but everything seems to have been improved upon.

But if you order take out, and you get a hamburger w/fixings, carolina dog fully loaded, chili fries and sweet potato tots (no silverware, no dipping sauce, nooo napkins, no nothing, just food wrapped and in a sealed bag ) Now that was the disappointment I’m at work and thank God a co-worker had condiments in her car cause LORD what was I suppose to do
Please REMINDER #doublecheck put condiments/ napkins in the bag, especially if you ordered online and it was picked up (otherwise the food was delicious and fulfilling) ty

This Ace No. 3 is number 1 for flavor and service. The upgrades to the preparation process can be tasted as “Charlotte’s number one rated burger” is elevated to a higher level.
My only caution is that it isn’t made to hold groups larger than four together comfortably but that can be expected from any location in Uptown.
The staff was attentive but be patient! They hired an all new staff while transferring the best management in the city to run it.

Best burgers in town! Friendly staff, quick service, and clean/welcoming interior great for enjoying lunch or dinner with family, friends, or coworkers. We tried multiple items off the menu including different burgers, shakes, and sides, and everything was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. Love the convenience (including the curbside pickup window) of this new central location.

My go-to burger spot, as a non-burger eater. My carnivore husband loves the classic ACE, while I go for the veggie burger, so it’s a win-win for us. The veggie burgers are made in house and are super flavorful. No mystery ingredients, just real beans and veggies. The sides are also delicious, especially the sweet potato tots. You can’t go wrong ordering here.

We were on our way to the game and saw this place and gave it a try. When we entered we were greeted immediately with smiles and welcome ins from the staff. They gave us recommendations and were very attentive to us as customers. The restaurant was very clean and neat, we sat down and our food was brought to us .
The first bite my husband and I were in love!!! It was absolutely delicious! After we were done, one of the guys came over and asked was everything good and we told him AMAZING!! He then offered to take our trays! This is one place we will definitely return to and also tell everyone about. Thank you for such wonderful customer service!!

Burgers here are so good it’ll make you hate every other burger joint. These fries are also probably the best fries I’ve ever had. Crispy on the outside and salted to perfection. You haven’t had fries until you’ve had these fries. Perfect for right after a workout.
