This rolled ice cream place is a must-try. The ice cream is made fresh on the cold plate, and it’s fun to watch it get rolled up right in front of you. The flavor was rich and creamy, not too sweet, and the toppings were generous. There are a lot of options, so it’s easy to find something you’ll actually love. The workers were really nice and kept everything moving fast, even when it was busy. Overall, it’s a cool experience and the ice cream tastes amazing definitely coming back.

This rolled ice cream spot is honestly so good. Watching them make the ice cream right in front of you is super satisfying, and it’s always fresh. The texture is smooth and creamy, not icy at all, and the flavors actually taste real, not artificial. I loved that you can customize everything—from the base to the mix-ins and toppings—so there’s something for everyone. The staff is friendly and quick, and the place has a chill vibe that makes it a fun stop with friends. Definitely worth the visit if you’re craving something sweet and different.

The day before Thanksgiving, we were in the area and was craving ice cream. All the ice cream shops nearby were closed, so we opted for this Thai ice cream place. Thai ice cream is a mixture of sweet liquid, poured onto a very cold pan, and then rolling it with a spatula; toppings can be added after.

On this visit, we got a Thai tea boba tea and a cookie monster rolled iced cream. The employee was nice but he didn’t mention that the rolled ice cream was premade and already in the fridge until after we paid. We wanted my children to see them make it because it’s unique but I’m assuming they were short staffed, that is why it was premade. There was one other customer in front of us. The overall wait took quite a long time though.

The Thai iced tea came out first and it was bland, the flavor was mild and I could barely taste the Thai tea flavor. The color wasn’t the usual bright orange I normally see. After another wait, we got our cookie monster ice cream which is Oreo cookie flavored, it was in the fridge the whole time; we were able to get three toppings for it. My child enjoyed it. I’m not sure why it took so long since it was already premade.

A large group of people came in after us, the employee was about to take their orders before giving us our order, thankfully, they were still deciding so he started working on our order. I understand it’s a day before a holiday and there was only one employee, but we did pay full price to have the same experience as it it was another regular day. Overall, the wait, the flavor of the boba tea, and the ice cream being premade, made the experience below average, so I gave it 2 stars.

I went in last night and got a ice cream. The person got it from the freezer. I tasted it, and immediately ran to spit it out. It tasted super sour. I have had this before a few years ago, and the ice cream actually tasted very good, so I know it has nothing to do with the “products and ingredients” that are used. I have looked at these reviews seeing if I am the only one feeling as if I am being served spoiled ice cream, and it seems like there have been multiple complaints. There is no way these ice creams in the fridge are being made that day in the morning, unless the employees are using spoiled milk. and on top of that, the manager/owners responses to these reviews are incredibly passive aggresive and rude. It is not a coincidence that multiple people have complained about getting served spoiled icecream. This legitmatley is considered a health hazard, because spoiled dairy can cause foodborne ilness, and really should be addressed immediatley.

Just went and got chocolate ice cream. employee got it from the freezer and it tasted sour and smelled like stinky feet and vinegar. Literally spent 12$ on this. When I asked why it smelled and tasted that way the person working just said to read the ingredients that they put in the icecream. Like great I did and not one of the ingredients said vinegar. it was NOT edible, I had my two friends try it and they had to stomach it so they would not make a scene and run to the trash!! – one plus is the person working was very sweet, I felt bad telling him I got served spoiled ice cream since I knew he was not at fault for that and it really just is poor management.

I appreciate the idea of the ice cream rolls, but it is not my favorite. I did not get ice cream here this time, but I have ordered it in the past. I think I just wish it were a bit more creamy? Something that I can’t quite put my finger on. Not to mention I wish there was more than one size to choose from.
I had bubble tea this time, the brown sugar one and it was pretty good! I am also not a huge bubble tea person, but I enjoyed the flavor options they had and the bubble options. They had a bunch of fruit bubbles to choose from since I didn’t want the tapioca.

The employees are prompt and knowledgeable about the options.
The atmosphere is cozy and enjoyable.
It’s a good place to get some ice cream and my friend loves coming here. I am sure I will be back.

Also, the picture I posted of the ice cream is half eaten. Apologies! She dug into her ice cream so fast I couldn’t get a picture. It is beautiful when it is handed to the customer.

My cousin and I came here for ice cream and the cashier with the gauges and glasses was unbelievably condescending.

My cousin ordered his ice cream and he asked you want to see a show or do you want a premade and cousin said he wanted it fresh and he said its all fresh but the unbelievably condescending cashier said there was a wait time mind you there was a guy and who was sitting down with his kid.

Anyways fowl place and the ice cream is trash for 12 bucks

Perfect spot for ice cream! They have so many cool options to choose from, and you have the choice of having it made in front of you, or selecting a pre-made option. Lots of seating, friendly staff and delicious ice cream! Can’t wait to come back!

I recommend double-checking the pre-made rolled ice cream. I purchased two Oreo pre-made rolls, and unfortunately they were spoiled. Just sharing my experience.

Nobody was at the counter for the first 10 minutes after we arrived. He finally came out and we ordered a bubble tea and mango sunrise. The bubble tea said “pineapple jelly” but it was rainbow jelly. And the mango sunrise was made earlier and put in the freezer and came out rock hard, flavorless and freezer burned. Something like that needs to be made fresh, not in advance! Will not go back.
